My scooter arrived in perfect condition and enjoy getting out and about. Easy and safe to drive.

Only issue was not notifidy that it was back order so I was home everyday waiting for delivery when I didnt need to.

Very fast delivery, beautiful looking machine. My brother in law is so happy. He can get outside more and move at his own pace. Initial week the machine is operating as promised.

I received the scooter when they said it it would arrive

The Jazzy Zero Turn is a very well made scooter but the seat back is so uncomfortable if you have back problems and the front basket is way too small.

Very great price.

The only thing I have a problem with is the so-called owners manual stinks I'm ex-Instructor with the US Army Helicopters and what you give for an Owners Manual Sucks Big time this is my second trike I have bought from you and both Owners manuals Suck otherwise I enjoy both trikes.

Nice Scooter but the Delivery system was crappy

I was lied to when I called about this product from the guy in Arizona that said that it would hold 350 lb it will not hold 350 lb it will only cold up a 200 lb it will not go up a hill it barely crawled I had to use both my feet to help me get to the top of the hill I'm a 59 year-old senior who is legally blind in one eye and have bad knees and I had to have this machine I saved up for 3 months to get the money to buy one so I could get the money to buy one and here I get it and it didn't work for me I tried it go up the hill and crawled it didn't even stop dead if the front wheel is where all the way has to be in order for it to move it's unsafe it's dangerous and now I. And then I called the guy in Arizona and ask him about returning it and he said all sales are final that was a special sale you shouldn't have lied to me about holding up way too does sure it goes nice and smooth on flat ground but it will not pull up the hill and it will not hold my way and I'm not happy with it I'm calling the Better Business Bureau I'm posting online about this because this guy lied to me he said it would hold my way it would carry me he said it would be no problem the front wheel is all the power unless you're leaning or standing forward this thing will not move the wheel will spend it won't even spend it spins on the carpet in your house it spends on the concrete have to stand on it you can't sit on it unless you're on flat ground I am tired

I really feel taken advantage of I'm going to do everything I can to make sure no one else suffers from this guest people on Social Security should not have to suffer like that if this going to work it's going to work if it's not it's not it ain't worth the sale be honest with the guy thank you be safe and be careful I used talk text so sometimes the words don't come out right because of my vision I can't see the type so please excuse it thank you for listening and be careful before you bye be careful and make sure it'll hold your way and it's on a return policy if not I'm stuck with something sitting in my garage that I cannot use. It saddens me that a Salesman would just lie to me in order to make a sale thank you and have a blessed day

Throttle is a bit sensitive - scooter tends to lurch forward.

Never received confirmation for shipping, item missing bolt to hold seat to frame. Manufacturer never sent replacement bolt

I like to scooter, but I was told that it would do at least an 8% grade but it won't it barely pulls itself up the slope of a handicap curb and that's taking a run at it. other than that it's a very handy scooter, but I am very disappointed in the point that it won't pull even a small hill. if you're buying this to run around the mall or on flat level ground or downhill it works fine but it will not go up any kind of grade. A scooter should pull at least a 6 to 8% grade my driveway is on a 4% grade and I have to push it up the hill.

Wonderful experience with Care Motion, I would recommend them to anyone looking for these type of products.

I love my new scooter, And the fact that I can keep it in the house

I was hesitant to purchase a scooter untill talking with the representative from Care Motion. He answered all my questions, made suggestions and offered advice which swung me to purchase. the shipping came within a week and was delivered to my carport. I'm very happy with both the proiduct and with this company.
