I ordered my scooter from Care Motion and it was great. It got me around Disneyworld on a single charge. I would recommend this company. The customer service is also great.

They were great, Shipping not so great

This auto fold scooter is wonderful. I can't breath and I took it to N.Y. was wonderful getting to plane checked at gate. Rolled over the rough streets of N.Y. without a hitch I give it 10 stars

The folding Go Go Scooter was perfect for my daughter to continue her life in style. She is 50 years old and has advanced EDS. That is where the connecting tissue around her joints and bones is dissolving and giving way so she will not be on her feet long. She is a fighter though and we wanted her to have the scooter to go camping and hiking on her honeymoon. So far it has been
awesome. They are still on their honeymoon and it worked great in Palo Duro Canyon in Texas.. Thanks for getting it here so quickly and making my baby girl a happy camper..

Nice scooter, but very slow shipping.

The representative was very polite, informative and answered all of my questions. After receiving the merchandise, I was very pleased with it and feel it was an excellent investment. I dealt with the shipping representative after the merchandise arrived in the city, but not at my address. We talked and he and I agreed in the future better communications about who would be handling the shipping would be executed. Keep up the excellent service!

The scooters are perfect. I did not keep the scooter I ordered because of difficulties I would have had lifting them out of my trunk, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the scooter. If I were rating the scooter it would have been five stars. However, this is a review of Care Motion as a company.
I was all but talked into buying a scooter even though I expressed concerns re my ability to lift the pieces out of the trunk and then went through a tangle to get the correct return authorizaton forms (they sent me one RA form for two color shrouds and only sent the second form when I specifically told them I was not going to go out and find a box that would hold both). The scooter and both shrouds were returned to Care on 10/9 via Federal Express. I called several times to check on the credit and on either 10/26 or 10/27 I was told that my refund was in those to be processed that day and that it would appear on my credit card account within 48 hours. Was I even told the truth or was it a way to get rid of me? It is now 11/3 and there's no credit on my credit card. I would never use Care Motion and don't recommend them to anyone else. High prices were bad enough, but poor customer service has been even worse. Everyone is very friendly, but nothing gets done. I ultimately went to a local dealer, found the perfect scooter and am certain that I can get service should there be a problem.

If your client has dementia don’t buy it.
If you have poor memory don’t buy it.
If the speed is not at zero and you start it it will jump and Willy backward thus causing you to fall backwards with seatbelt and scooter in tact.
Also the three cycle balance is not effective with turning at a speed higher than 10.
The scooter is a poor investment and my mom is fearful to drive it!

I love my Care Motion car!I have people waving and asking me where I got it.I live near the Snake 🐍 River and it allows me to access the river so I can Fish.I just have to stay away from the bulls on the outskirts of town because of the bright red color!LOLThank-you so much Care Motion.

great customer service and superior product

I really enjoyed the website setup, being able to see technical specs and other details to make the right choice. With that information, I was able to check with our local public transit, my work, local libraries and other places I frequent, and found that all would be able to accommodate my choice. The online chat was also helpful, and Rick seemed very knowledgeable, was not overbearing, but was there for whatever I had questions about. The Panther was a great selection and does everything I need it to. Thanks for all you do, Care Motion!
