My sister's and I needed an Order of Service for our mum's funeral. We were recommended 'CarePrint' by our gorgeous celebrant. I had foolishly thought I could make one myself, I had the wordings, the details about the music pieces and the readings. I foolishly assumed that I could download a printable template and assemble it myself.
I struggled with formatting and got really overwhelmed.
When I re found the contact details for them, I called them and immediately was reassured and calmed by Jasmine who with kindness asked for my email address and sent me a template.

What then happened was nothing short of miraculous, she listened, offered gentle edits and reformatting and then reminded me of their deadlines for their printing and timelines for folding and next day delivery.
A few edits later, and getting rather too close to the deadline than I would have liked she said that it was 'good to go'. After agreeing on an appropriate weight and finish of the paper I paid and instructed her to 'hit go'. This was Thursday,.the funeral was getting closer (Saturday) in London from the Isle of Wight.....
On Friday morning,.as she had said - a lovely delivery man handed me the box of beautifully made, folded orders of service.
They were perfect. I was so relieved and shed a happy tear of relief.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Do yourselves a favour,.when everything is stressful and upsetting, this company gave me a glimmer of hope that all would be well.

I ordered items for a funeral and they responded very quickly to a query I had. The order arrived very quickly too. The items I ordered are perfect and came very neatly packaged. You can tell this a company who cares about the customer, especially as in some cases the items are for sad occasions. The prices are very good too. All round excellent company.

The whole buying experience from this excellent company has been unbeatable They even noticed an important omission from my design and informed me I was able to fix this all at no extra cost or delay

We have used Careprint several times over the past few years - sadly - mainly for Funerals. However, we got married at the beginning of May and had the much happier task of putting together an Order of Service for our Nuptial Mass. On each occasion, the service from Careprint has been excellent. Friendly and courteous, beautiful printed product, put together quickly and accurately. I cannot recommend Careprint highly enough. Been ordering from another company for a few years but first time ordering from Careprint as the other company started to charge a fortune.

Careprint has not only undercut the cost of the other company significantly, but they sent the cards we designed (on their fantastic online interface!!) within a couple of days... Absolutely amazing service.

Will be using them again and will certainly recommend.
