Security seals open
I ordered two clear eyebrow gel. The security seals on both had been broken. Leaving me to believe that these items had been used. So they went straight into the bin!
Really poor and unacceptable
The company did reach out to understand what the issue with my purchase was.
They stated they would pass the issue over to quality control and wished me the best for my purchase elsewhere. They did not provide a solution to the problem, as stated in the reply here
