Very bad experience
Very bad experience, shame because my previous experience was good! Sent in all proofs that where asked for agent confirm it was correct then sent on then told wanted more proof I got them then agent hadn't sent everything through. Went to another company proofs sent and deal finalized in less than 48 hours and better rate pick up new car on the weekend!

As with most car purchases I was only looking when I found the perfect Mini Cooper.
