I have used Car Finance 24/7 twice. Both times the service i received has been absolutely faultless. On this occassion i started out looking for a used BMW X3, I called and got Megan Schrama - in the end i decided to go with a A4 S Line (big change) i know. The dealer I found the vehicle at was local to me, they were not set up on the system, that was no problem Megan kept in touch with me throughout the whole process keeping me informed of the progress, she was always friendly and helpful and responded to all my messages via WhatsApp and called me whenever required. To put it all into petspective, i decided i wanted to go for the A4 on Friday 31st July, dealer was closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday 3rd August due to Scottish Bank Holiday. On Tuesday 4th Megan let me know that everything was in place, finance got approved. I contacted the dealer and I am collecting the car tomorrow afternoon 😀. I am impressed at the speed of the process, as was the dealer. The whole experience was hassle free from beginning to end. I have to be honest, Megan left me feeling that i was in safe hands and ensured that i was getting the best deal available to me. I think Car Finance 24/7 have a fantastic employee with Megan *****
