Car Finance Giant 

The company has a non-refundable policy to book a car for 200 pounds which I understand. However they took a higher rate (500 pounds) to book a Range Rover that we couldn’t find insurance for. I felt they pulled a quick one knowing that we won’t get lucky with the insurance. So they made a quick buck by taking our deposit at a higher rate than the standard rate. They’re basically making a fortune out of owning range rovers and not selling them. As they know clients will come back as no one is insuring range rovers at the moment. If they want to take the deposit at least charge the standard 200 rate on all cars.

As all the previous comments have stated, i would personally avoid this company at all costs. They have a habit of reporting any negative posts and getting them removed, so this begs the question if they are in cahoots with trust pilot?

Husband made application monday 16th March, and was bombarded with calls from the advisor. He paid the £299 fee and was told that funds would be transferred the following day.

He again called on the friday 20th March to question why funds had not been released, and was told that the whole of the accounts department were self isolationg due to covid 19.

Fast forward a few weeks, and umpteen unsuccessful attempts to speak to someone, my husband was advised that they would pay his first installment as a good will gesture if he carried on with the agreement. He was promised the funds would be transferred the following day.

Naturally they weren't, and after another week of trying to speak to someone he eventually got through by with holding his phone number as everytime he mentioned his name to the call taker, he was mysteriously cut off!

He was promised that the money would be transferred the following week ( again) at which point, he told them to cancel the contract and refund his money.

We are now almost 6 weeks from the original date the £299 was paid, and still have heard nothing back from them. We have followed the procedure with the financial ombudsman, yet still they ignore our request.

We are now in the process of a charge back through the bank.

Our sales advisor, Petya was very helpul, friendly and professional. We managed to find what we were looking for very quickly.

If you plan to purchase a car, we highly recommend Car Giant.

I honestly thought this was the fastest service I ever received Faraz was so kind and very in detail. Explained everything throughout. I did the online form after 24hrs received confirmation email. Then during the day Faraz called me and the same evening I choose the car. Faraz secured me the car next morning. The was car delivered within few days. I had teething issues with dealers but Faraz and his manager are sorting it out still. They haven’t thought of me sale or commission. They actually value their customer.
I am type person who is wary of scams and read everything through. Bless Faraz he was patient and explained everything.
