Our overall customer service Received from @cargiant has been disgraceful. When purchasing an expensive item such as a car, I expect a higher level of customer service.The communication and language has been extremely poor & the product we have purchased is not fit for purchasing

Passed credit check, and received info regarding who my agent would be and then never heard a thing. I booked numerous callbacks via their website and never got a single one. Their phone service was appalling as I was told a number of times that someone would soon be in touch and this also never happened. I was never allowed to be transferred to someone to find out what the process was.

All of the time this was not being sorted I was emailed repeatedly asking me if I needed help choosing a car?!

Avoid this company unless you want to waste a fair amount of your time.

Pleas please please avoid or you will regret it big time
