Car Finance Giant 

I can’t express how happy 😃 I am with my new car ! I applied online and had a answer straight away I then got given (evans willie )a car specialist at car finance giant he was brilliant !!! He helped me through it all when I was looking at cars he was on hand to answer all my questions made it so easy I picked a car he sorted it all out for me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Do highly recommend thankyou 😊

Be very careful, they will ask for a set up fee, I paid £200, I might as well of throw the money In the bin, THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!!!!!!!
once you have your car and paid the set up fee and you have any problem’s you can not get to speak to NO ONE!!!, they will say the person you need to talk to is not available and the promise to call back but NEVER DO!!!

Terrible company!
I had applied online and my application was accepted. I chose a car and upto this point everything went smoothly. I signed documents online and had arranged to collect the car this Saturday. Paid a £300 fee. I was first told the dealership would be paid last Tuesday and this did not happen, I was then told there was a delay and they would be paid Thursday but again they was not paid. I was then told they would not be paid until saturday ( the day I was supposed to collect the car ) me and the dealership waited around all day for the money not to be sent and to be told the accounts team are all at home and they cannot be contacted. Agent informed who was useless. They are quick enough to collect your fee of £300 then just hold the funds not paying out for the car and lie and lie about when they will pay it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! you will spend all of your spare time calling and messaging trying to get answers. I will be calling them first thing monday morning for a refund. Scammers stay well clear people.

I was pre approved and chose CFG (even though I had to pay up front using them, and not with other options) based on their advertised service and ease of communications. We found a car OK, and the paperwork went through and they contacted the dealer. Multiple times we communicated that I would get the car the following Tuesday. Monday came and the garage received no funds, I had it confirmed 100% (in writing) I could collect on Tuesday. Was messaged saying there would be a delay and it wasn’t the agents fault, rather their accounts fault. I said it would be a deal breaker as had to get the car that day, and then was assured the payment would go through. I made my way to the garage (80 miles away and was given a lift). I had to wait for hours as the payment wasn’t sent. Just before 6pm the dealership was about to close and I had no way of getting home. CFG’s solution was to book me a hotel miles away. I had no car and work the next day. Thankfully the garage anticipated their incompetence due to the past dealings with them and had reserved me a courtesy car. I communicated with them the next day, prepared to pull out of the deal if I wasn’t compensated. Their Head of Sales agreed to refund me my £300 I paid upfront, so I agreed to continue. It turns out they paid a completely different garage the money for my car, so that had to be transferred over and I collected it the following day. The garage again stayed late for me due to work commitments. I have yet to receive my compensation, despite having it in writing that it would have been 100% yesterday (it wasn’t) and now 100% today (it isn’t). I’m in the process of complaining to the Financial Ombudsman but have to complain to CFG first. Thankfully they are unable to do the most basic of tasks on time so I’m sure there will be no problem escalating the complaint. Maybe tomorrow I will have another 100% guarantee of my money back. I never leave negative reviews if the company is able to sort things out, but I was left stranded, my complaint was miss managed, and money was sent to random bank accounts, and now I’m being passed from pillar to post with broken promises. Based on my experiences, I suggest you use anybody but this woefully inefficient company and the “pass the buck” managers who lead it. Shocking. They emailed me for feedback for some reason...

Totally disappointed. apply trough them, received email saying that i'm fully approved, send my bank statements, received finance documents, signed them, and after 2 days they've told me that i was declined due to income/expenditure.
Well, i'm sure they also have families and they've spent a lot of money for Christmas presents like me. Earning more than 2000/month with about 1000 for rent and other bills/credits....

Just bought my car through the company and everything was 100% James was Brilliant helped me find the car I really wanted and sorted everything. I would recommend

I've been reading all the reviews on here and I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY, I'm in the middle of a application and just like people write here, this company is very unprofessional and are more interested in taking your money than helping you get a good deal.. They never reply to your queries and when you email them complaining about the level of service they don't reply or acknowledge your mail. The most unprofessional and incompetent company I've encountered...
The sales rep I was assigned was called Jag... A paper clip is more useful..

IF THERE WAS A Minus 5 star available I would give that.

they are the biggest fraudsters out there. they charge different amount of set up fees to customers.

I was told by one of the sales staff that their ceo KAY and their head manager Sultan both sniff coke at work.

I found this so shocking as they then sent me videos of this sultan person acting crazy on the shop floor. they tried to charge me £499 I said no they reduced it to £399 I said no they removed it completely. then I found out they charged me £499 on top of my finance so with interest at the end of my term I will be paying near enough £2000 worth of set up as there is interest on the contract

biggest con artitst out there. DO NOT buy your car from this company. they charge their own priced which they out in their own pocket.

I called up trying to get finance, they told me there was a set up fee of £499. I was not happy with this. luckily my partner was also applying for finance. he was told his setup fee is £299. how is this possible? how am I being charged more set up fee than my partner. that is not treating customers fairly.

anyway towards the end I told them I did not want to go ahead with finance. they were pushy and forceful.
one month later I got a letter to say I got a finance out.

my information was not secure with this company which allowed someone to use my information for fraud

This company is a dodgy company ,, the company have a set up fee charge but its varys as you dont have to pay it it can be 199 to 499 do not pay the set up fee it's way for these people to con us , this company is rude with terrible services , I wouldn't recommend them your better of going to the lender as there will be a better help then these crooks DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM

Then I try make a complaint to the manager which name is sultan but he was very aggressive towards me saying I was wrong when I clearly wasnt and also said if I dont pay the set up fee I cant go and get finance else were , which was wrong hence why I went to the lender n got the finance of them , I'm so glad I didn't need to give them a penny
I highly wouldn't recommend this company, very dodgy be aware and get a finance elsewhere

Also the trust pilot on the website is fake

The agent from this company ply game with me ,and not answer on my questions on the time! And I been informed that I need to pay £500 fee for his service!
Every day I tried to contact him,but he answer me on the next day!
He just loose my time and after one mount finally I take my new car with £1000 charges.
On the end he just send me to car dealer 2 hours drive from my place ! And I been waiting for a 3 hours on this place to take agreement for financial transfer!

Just bought car through car finance giant dealt with Abdi and can say had a great experience no complaints, good comms through what’s app txts and calls, highly recommend too anyone who needs there car finance sorting out for them 👍

I had a good time using this company. I dealt with Sonko and he was great, he was always on hand to answer any queries or update me on information. Everything went smoothly and I drove away in the car of my dreams because of him. Would highly recommend using them to anyone.

Quite frankly this is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Unhelpful, rude and spoken to like I was a piece of rubbish. They don’t fulfill their promises, don’t get back to you when they say they will. If you have to speak to Sultan then good luck! Rude, condescending and arrogant. I had to do all the work myself to secure the car, find out what was going on from start to finish. They can’t even respond to complaints but I’m not surprised. Stay well clear if you can
