Quick and easy
It was very easy and quick to book. I used this company last year too and, when I had a minor scrape with another car I had to make a claim. It was really straightforward and they paid out quite quickly. Definitely worth doing!

No experience in making a claim, so can't comment about that, but better safe than sorry. It's also a much cheaper option than taking any extra cover via the car hire company

The renewal notice had the wrong mobile phone number and the wrong date of birth.
Previous years details were correct.
Requested amendments and this was done.

We are currently in the process of upgrading to a new system and this also involves improving and enhancing our self service functionality. As a result of this upgrade, we are changing from collecting customers age to collecting their date of birth & this would be the reason the date of birth is incorrect on renewal. We ask customers to provide their correct date of birth to be updated.

I put the wrong fuel in my car last year in Spain and was paid up to the promised amount. I have just renewed for the year and the price was the same.

I was being charged an exorbitant amount for car hire in Birmingham (a hidden cost). I went online to CarHireExcess.com. The simplest process and within one minute I had annual insurance for 1/6 of the price I was being quoted for 3 weeks at the airport. Highly recommend.
