I didn't want to auto-renew
I didn't want to auto-renew. It's sneaky & unwanted and selected by a hidden default. It happened & it's v difficult to stop it. Communication is ignored. I requested cancellation & the company doesnt respond, except with feedback forms and saying they won't auto renew next year.
