My experience was much better than the two one-star reviews. While I was unable to make contact over the phone, the order did arrive on 10 January. The order was placed on 22 December, which is not great service, even allowing for the Christmas/New Year break. Still, goods were delivered as ordered, albiet with a little delay, and and I do not think the company is a scam.
I ordered several items from Caring&Co and haven't heard a thing from them since. I have tried to phone them but it always goes to voicemail and they don't respond to emails. I have asked them to cancel my order and have asked my credit card co to refund me via chargeback. I would suggest you do not deal with this company.
This company is a fake. They scam people. I ordered face masks for travelling abroad and paid for an express delivery. The order never arrived. They don't respond to emails, contact form on their website or phone calls. I looked further and realised that there is no address or company registration number on their website either. These people are fraudsters.
