Another week has gone and still no refund on my account. When I’ve contacted my bank, the company declined my dispute, even I’ve got so many emails as a prove, confirming that my refund was processed. I’m not going to leave it like this and loosing £66 for absolutely nothing. I’m again officially asking you to sort out this issue and send me my money back.

Gives "sample" vehicle check, needs to be verified using your credit card.

This continues into a subscription 10 times the first sample even though no vehicle request are done.

In my case the vehicle checkup didn't generate anything except the free information being available online.

I know this motorcycle was involved in an accident in the USA and was cashed in by the insurance company, sold at an auction and exported to Sweden.
Carjudge couldn't show any information regarding this.

Don't use their services without knowing the high monthly cost for a maximum of 4 checkups that doesn't even generate the full vehicle information.

I ran into some difficulties, but an employee named Estelle helped me sort out the issues and resolve them very quickly; I am very grateful to her for that.

Make sure you read everything carefully before making any purchase. I agreed to one time report for 2,90€. I ended up having subscription without My knowledge. I didnt even create an account with them so when canceling I had to create one. Their Customer Service is very active and they contact back in 24h as advertised in their site. They handled my issue with them and any problems I had with carjudge was taken care of.

I inadvertently signed up to a subscription, which was very unclear on the site.
The one off report report I thought I was purchasing didn't tell me too much either!
I contacted the company four days ago, they state a reply within an hour, but am still waiting!
I have now responded to Carjudge, I will await a response. I disagree with them implying that the terms regarding the renewal subscription are transparent. You just need to look at other reviews to see that this clearly not the case!

I had an issue with an accidental subscription charge after purchasing a one-time car check. I contacted their support, and they responded almost immediately. They cancelled the subscription and issued a full refund without any hassle. Very professional, fair, and honest company. Highly recommended!

I checked a Cat S car using a premium check it mentioned that it’s clear!!

And the car picture they gave me pictures from google😡😡

Disgraceful company, lured in by a £2.50 fee for a report. A week later they took £25.95 from my account with no warning. I cancelled this straight away and contacted them, they claim the terms are clear on their site and despite me cancelling within a couple of hours offered no refund despite providing no service. Avoid at all costs.

Emilie was incredibly helpful. I subscribed to a service inadvertently, and she greatly assisted me in resolving the issue, leading to a refund of my money. Thank you.

I paid a price of £6 for a car report, then got charged £25!!!! 2 weeks later, I’ve asked for a refund and still waiting to hear back

Lured in with a 2,90€ price for a quick check, but a surprise 29,95€ booking on the card two weeks later. Apparently there is a subscription in the fine print. This is a questionable practice from my point of view, tricks people into a subscription they never wanted.
