I initially paid €2.95 for a service. After that, I was unexpectedly charged €29.90 twice, and an additional €29.90 is currently reserved on my account (a total of three times €29.90). I did not authorize these additional charges and I do not agree with any subscription or recurring billing.
This situation is unacceptable and appears misleading. I request an immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my payment details, a full refund of all €29.90 charges, and removal of my card/banking details from your system
Thank you for your response. I blocked my bank card because unauthorized charges were made to my account. Please confirm to which payment method the refund will be sent and provide the refund transaction reference number. I am still waiting for the refund to be received.

The app didn’t work but when I contacted customer support Estelle was very helpful and understanding and gave me a full refund within 20 mins which my bank processed the next working day. Maybe the system couldn’t find my vehicle but the customer service was very understanding, honest people

We had a very bad experience with this company!!
If you use any of their services you will enter into an agreement that will allow them to charge 29,95€ on a monthly basis. It is not obvious to get your money back. Their policy is very misleading and requires a serious warning for all people entering into an agreement with this company

The export is a nice to have but the fact you instantly start a subscription without being very clear about it is scamming behavior
The export provides you with proper information that's actually useful. Its fast and looks good.
However, the fact that you instantly start a subscription even though you pay for tokens is absolutely scamming behavior. And looking at other reviews, I am not the only one that does not notice the fact that a subscription is started.
It feels like a scam and should obviously be improved to make it clear that 30 euro's is going to be pulled from your bank account.
I will not be using this export service again until they fixed this issue.
