If I could give this a zero then I would. I received a ring which wasn't like what I ordered. They said they'd send a new one and nothing has arrived. Not responding to emails either. The product that arrived is of poor quality and not wearable. Now in the process of trying to get the money back via my bank

Absolute rubbish jewellery!!! Carla's jewellery came from China. Payment went to LM GLOBAL LIMITED. I felt very uneasy with this revelation so I Checked my subscriptions and they had set up an ongoing payment without my authorisation!!!!!! I can't believe they slipped past PAYPAL as a scam seller. Hopefully they will correct this error.

Avoid at all costs. Do not believe claims that they are closing down. Website is absolutely full of AI generated imagery, tricking customers into believing it's handmade jewellery.
My wife ordered a pair of earrings, they look nothing like the product. Upon further research, they seem to be bulk orders from the same cheap company (if you reverse search the products you will see them on Shein etc).
Contacted the seller asking to refund it, was fobbed off saying that they're closing down. This is hard to believe as I'm receiving marketing emails from them every day! We were offered another set of earrings as a courtesy, but then we never heard from them again.
Considering the shockingly poor quality of the product and how fake all the products on the catalogue seem to be, I have no idea how they have a good trust pilot rating, I can only assume they're all fake.
Avoid at all costs please, do not let the scammers win.

I have had not reply, no replacement of the broken necklace and no refund which was my latest request.
I am out of pocket, no present and i have basically been ripped off.

The rings have very realistic owl features and the stone eyes really make them pop.
