So they finally sent the deposit after I badgered and cc’d the Entertainer only for them to give me 250 dhirams less. The company says that they return the full amount on the agreement contract but I got robbed; there was no damages on the car ,it got signed off as perfectly fine and yet they still literally stole my money. Do not use this company.

Because of my daily long commutes, I needed to be with a car rental provider who ‎have 24/7 service as needed. It’s tried and tested on my end. they are great!‎

I am starting a legal case against Carlease Rent A Car for the illegal withdrawal from my credit card and the delayed return of my deposit. I have been trying to get my money now for 44 days and counting.

I have set up an email address carleaselegalaction at gmail dot com to gather all the information from other clients of theirs so we can collectively take them to court, please send an email to the email address with your issue and I will add it to the evidence and will update on status, planning to start legal action this week. please include DED complaint numbers and police report numbers if available.

Super tech friendly which makes the process of renting seemless. We were able to ‎register online, upload our documents, and select the car – pick up was a breeze. In ‎addition, all car maintenances can be scheduled via their online BOT as well. Highly ‎recommend it. Finally feels like a company that belongs in 2019.‎

The Worst Firm I had ever seen. I had rented a car from 02/Oct/19 to 09/Oct/19. All dues and payment settled as per contract. They had taken a deposit of Aed 1500.00 which is not returned yet. Today is 23/ Dec/2019.
When we wanted to speak to the management they would not transfer lines.

Hiring was no problem, They gave us an upgraded car which was great. We were ‎worried because there were minor minor scratches upon return, but they didn’t give ‎us a hard time about them.‎

Was debating between this and the on demand car services. After quite a bit of ‎research, found that car leasing makes more sense and is more affordable. Good ‎decision with the company – Carlease is easy to deal with and are transparent about ‎all costs‎

We had a very good experience from beginning to end. The website was easy to use ‎when booking, the reception staff were friendly and professional on arrival and the ‎drop-off staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience. We will use ‎them again.‎

Found them on the entertainer and they are great. Once my entertainer deal was ‎completed, they continued to give me good/fair prices for my long term rental.

I was impressed with the choices they had for cars. Exactly what I was looking for ‎and they have allowed me to experiment with different cars in the category until I ‎found the one that I wanted to keep on a long term rental. Highly recommend it. ‎Simon was a great sales agent.‎

This was not only the best price that I found in Dubai, but the best service. The team ‎has always been helpful (I’ve dealt with a few folks now), and their drivers are ‎always so courteous‎

I rented from Carlease when my family was visiting town. Super easy and made all ‎the difference to have a car on hand. They are able to also rent to people who have ‎international drivers licenses.‎

Simon gave me a guide to locations to drive to in the UAE when I picked up my car. ‎Very thoughtful and useful. Easy to work with these guys and pick up is always easy‎

Worst rental car company and worst experience. We rented a car in April. They took a deposit of AED 1,500 twice. When I saw this, I called them and they said it was a mistake and would cancel the 2nd payment. THEY DIDN'T. I returned the car and paid all the dues but they didn't want to return my deposit money that they had charged twice. Long story shorts, after endless calls and email an ONLY 7 months later, they paid me in parts. Don't share any money information with them ever.

They simply biggest cheaters ever. They provided old, expired registry and defective cars. However, the biggest issue is they deduct extra amounts from your credit card ( for sure without your authorization) and you stay hell of a time to chase them and get nothing by end. They said it's unintentional, but it's not true as it happens several time and returning them back is never done.
Another serious problem, that I am chasing them ( like many seems ) for my security deposit for 4 months now despite contract said it will be returned after 30 days!!! Every time fake and silly excuses.
For those giving a positive feedback for them, please wait till your journey comes to end with them, your deposits due and then evaluate your experience accordingly. Look for their replies here, they only answer positive review immediately, but for complaints they are totally blind, same as when we follow up our emails which are hardly answered.
Approaching legal is hard and time-wasting but being under their mercy is really frustrating and thus really planned to go legal to stop these cheaters playing with emotions and money of the customers.
