Very efficient and knowledgeable
Sharon is by far the best Leasing Consultant I’ve used in the last 12 years of me leasing cars. She’s very diligent, kept me regularly updated with progress and set expectations early. I’ll certainly be calling Sharon when my other vehicles lease finish in the next 12 months.

Dealing with Car Lease Special Offers was superb, I found them user friendly and the information in leasing a car was so easy, the price I saw on line was the price on the quotation which was not the case with some of the competitors such as lease options and leap leasing.
I dealt with Sharon Samways and she was fantastic.
10 out of 10 experience.

I had an agreement signed start of the month. Paid the money a week later. That’s when it all went quiet. The agreement was £226 a month. I was chasing for an update for 2 weeks straight. Kept getting told it will be sorted tomorrow (called the next get and got told tomorrow again and again) they then finally called and said it’s sorted but lowest they can go now is £270 a month. Absolute scam and lawful service.

We’re very sorry to see your review and can only apologises for the inconvenience on this occasion.
As we have discussed with your partner, the manufacturer changed their terms on the vehicle she was hoping to order. We tried incredibly hard to still offer the same deal, but once the manufacturer updated their systems, we were unable to achieve the same deal.
As per our discussions, we have refunded the admin that was taken and offered a number of alternative vehicles to your partner, but we fully appreciate that she had her heart set on the original car and apologises we weren’t able to keep the numbers down on this occasion.
We had hoped and thought from our communications to her directly that she was aware it wasn’t us that changed and increased the price, as a broker this can happen, but we appreciate we were her representatives for this deal so we take the brunt of the fall out when manufacturers make these changes.
Hopefully in the future, we’ll be able to showcase our services to you in their best light given the chance.

Very impressed. My enquiry was picked up by Jonathan Tomlinson, who was responsive, well informed and keen without being pushy. Prices were competitive, and everything seems to be well organised and efficient. Car hasn't arrived yet, but currently can't fault them so far!
