Sven was awesome to deal with in sourcing and delivering exactly what we wanted. When there were a few unforeseeable hiccups they were dealt with above and beyond expectations. Communication was excellent and was a pleasure dealing with. Will definitely be doing future business with Leaseys and Sven.

My first time leasing a vehicle and the experience could not have been more straightforward.
A quick name drop for Ralph Burbeck-Hunt who dealt with the majority of the correspondence. Ralph was very polite, professional, well spoken and responded promptly to any communication. A realistic timescale for delivery was given, and I was kept updated on the progress every two weeks. In the end delivery was slightly earlier than expected.
Delivery itself by the supplying dealer was trouble free, with the driver giving ample notice of expected arrival time. Handover was straightforward.
A follow up call was appreciated, with advice then supplied as to how to resolve a small issue with the dealer.
All in all a very positive experience.

After securing a fantastic deal with Simon Butler it was just a case of waiting to take delivery of our brand new car. Smooth delivery and we were kept informed every step of the way. Will be using again for our next car

Firstly the cost of leasing the vehicle I wanted was better than all other companies on the comparison website.
Then I was assisted by a very competent young man called Noa Venter. Guided by him I moved through all the arrangements quickly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. The training by provided by Carwow is obviously first class. Judging by Noa, their employees obviously know their job.

We contacted CarWow Leasey after being let down by another leasing company, who were unable to honour the original price they had quoted us. Another provider we approached was also quoting around ten weeks for delivery of the vehicle we wanted.

CarWow Leasey were competitive on price, but what really stood out was their service and ability to source and deliver the car much faster than the alternatives.

I spoke with Calum, who provided a range of pricing options and clearly explained the stock they had access to. Unfortunately, for reasons on our side, we then had to delay making a decision and were out of contact for around a month.

When we got back in touch, Calum was very professional and completely understanding about the delay. Importantly, we hadn't been hassled or put under any pressure during the delays.

Calum ultimately secured the vehicle we wanted at a price slightly below the other companies we had spoken to previously, and the car was delivered in around 2-3 weeks.

I had expected the whole process to be considerably more drawn out and potentially quite painful, particularly given our previous experience. We may have been fortunate with vehicle availability, but CarWow Leasey, and Calum in particular, made the process straightforward, professional and efficient, with good communication throughout.

I had a car on order with another company, they kept changing dates, were evasive or just lied in their slow responses. So I changed to carwow and the process was much smoother. Sven was excellent, honest and very fast to respond to any questions I had. Yes there was a small delay in delivery times, but all I ask is an honest reason why and an accurate update, which he quickly gave.
Very competitive pricing as well. Will definitely use them again.
