This was a no hassle arrangement, Sven gave me a call to check that this was the right option for me, approximately 2 weeks after the initial call I had my new car.

Amazing from start to delivery of the new car.

Such a refreshing experience. Normally when dealing with car salesmen and advisors it can be so unrealistic and unrelateable but Richard was great and easy to talk to. Spoke through different option and helped get me a test drive for new car. Wasn’t pushy and wanted the best for us! Spot on!

Sven kept me updated throughout. There was a bit of misunderstanding with my contract but Sven was very honest and apologetic regarding this, so I felt I could trust him and went ahead with my contract. I received regular emails with the updates.

Searching the options was really easy and efficient to fine tune a lease option I was happy with. Sven then stepped in to guide me through the process and get it all finalised. He was very helpful, friendly and patient. Would definitely use this again for my next lease.

I know it can sound a little silly, but I was stuck between a few options which Uwais did a very good job of simply laying out the facts and helping clear up any confusion when it comes to comparisons.

Ordered a BYD through Carwow Leasey with a straightforward ask: delivery close to a fixed date I gave them at the point of sale. That date is looming with no confirmed delivery date.

Communication has been well-intentioned but scattered. At one point I was told "I totally forgot about you" regarding a promised follow-up — which I appreciated the honesty of, but it doesn't inspire confidence. I've also had messages relaying that a manager "agreed with" what I'd already been told, rather than that manager actually speaking with me directly, which felt like an odd way to reassure a customer. The current explanation is that the delay sits with the manufacturer, which may well be true, but after several rounds of updates I'm still no clearer on an actual date.

I have just had a call with a manager called Charlie who has told me the team have done everything right their end, everything was handled as it should be and I should wait to call judgement until the car is on my drive. That was an "interesting" call to say the least.

To be fair, it has been confirmed I'd get a full refund with no penalty if I chose to cancel — no complaints there. This review reflects where things stand right now; I'll update it if the situation is resolved properly.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Max was brilliant throughout the whole process- he made everything so easy, kept me updated every step of the way, and found me exactly the car I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer any questions I had. I couldn’t be happier with my new SEAT Ibiza. I’d definitely recommend Carwow Leasey, especially if you get Max looking after you!
