Bought a Limited edition cabin bag X for 500+ euro.
Believing in good faith that it was an actual cabin bag, and can be used as such.
However, the bag is too large for pretty much all Airlines in EU and UK. Even though they wrote it complied with most.....it did not.
Now after my first flight, my bag is scratched. A bag i have hoped would last for 10 years!! And I am just waiting for the day I am not allowed to bring my extremely expensive 'cabin bag' onboard a flight and is asked to pay a fine.
Because i in good faith ordered the most expensive bag I have ever bought, and became the most disappointed i have ever been with a purchase.
Customer service says it is my own fault, could just have read the description and done my research....Full of s....

Horrible customer service. I got a used wallet with a post it note saying it was a used wallet. I sent them the information. Instead of sending me a new one they told me it’s not used trust us. I sent them pics of everything and what I’m paying I think I should get a new wallet. Just submitted my return don’t shop this brand. Save yourself the headache.
There is something you can do to help. You can return the full amount of what I paid for. I don’t think it’s fair I pay a restocking fee when you guys messed up my order.

I Returned 3 suitcases, got refunded for 2 of the suitcases and then had to go back and forth with them on email essentially calling me a liar and then they started ignoring my emails so I have been robbed of £500 for something I don't own.

I placed an order on 11th July, with it being scheduled to ship on 14th July with the fastest shipping option (FedEx 1-2 working days delivery).
On 17th July, the item was still not even dispatched so I reached out, this was the response:
“Unfortunately, there was an unexpected logistical issue with your order that prevented the return label from being created. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We do have a resolution in place, but it will take a bit more time, at least another 24 hours.”
I requested to cancel as by the time this would arrive (approximately 2 weeks after ordering) I would not be in the country. They submitted the cancellation and refund request.
On 21st July, the order shows up to my address via DPD, despite the DPD tracking stating the item had been returned to the sender. I was not in the country to collect this myself and it was clearly too late.
They stated the following:
“While we submitted your cancellation request for order #6283076, we regret to inform you that it was not successful, as the warehouse had already begun preparing your items for shipment“
Carl Friedrik offered to arrange a collection however I had lost faith at this point and arranged the item to be sent to another country at my own expense.
I can’t comment on the quality of the product itself, however the logistical side of this company does not match the premium brand they claim/aspire to be.

I was browsing their website around 1 and 2 a.m. this morning and saw a prominent message about a “20% Summer Sale” that stated it “ends this evening”. Naturally, I assumed this meant the evening of the day I had just entered (it being after midnight), and not that the offer had already expired at the end of the previous day.
I added two items to my cart but decided to wait some hours to finish the purchase as I had some questions for customer support about delivery.
When I woke up some hours later the 20% discount had disappeared. I contacted customer service, but they simply said the offer ended the evening before and showed no interest in helping resolve the issue — despite the misleading messaging and the fact that the items had been in my cart with the discount just hours earlier.

Jacob was very helpful and after looking at my luggage and feedback, felt it would be best to send in a new set as replacement instead of fixing it.
Despite a little bit of cosmetic issue upon checking, I’m alright with it, and am most grateful for all that Jacob has done.
He has even allow me to choose a different colour too. I would have given more stars if that’s possible. Here’s my 5 stars for Jacob.

Palissy briefcase: build quality is absolutely perfect. No thread out of place, not a single mark on the panels. Thoughtful pockets and inner organization. Outer pocket is perfect for your phone to keep it out of the view.
Customer service is also fantastic. Attentive and responsive. Had a question about the size of the compartments and had someone responding with additional pictures to show.

I recently attempted to purchase a carry-on case from Carl Friedrik and initially faced some frustration with the process. I was drawn to the option of personalising the case with my monogram, only to find that this feature had quietly been removed at the time of ordering.
Despite that, I proceeded with the purchase. Payment was taken immediately, but I received no confirmation email—no order number, no shipping estimate, nothing. After some time and confusion, I discovered that my order had been cancelled without any notice or explanation.
However, Carl Friedrik later reached out to me directly and provided an alternative way to place the order. Thanks to their assistance, the case was shipped to me within a few days—and I have to say, it's an excellent case. The quality and design definitely live up to the brand's reputation.
While the initial experience left room for improvement, I appreciate the way they handled the situation and would still recommend the product itself.
More than great products with remarkable design and solid build quality (I have on a few for years now), from my recent experience I can also affirm that Carl Friedrik provides an outstanding and extremely speedy customer service - which really makes all the difference.
I ordered a laptop bag and a wallet more than a months ago and I still haven't received it. I keep getting emails about change in warehouse so the order will be delayed. Then another email that they can't do the engraving as the new warehouse doesn't have the capabilities and just today after a month of placing the order I got an order cancelation as the item is not a stock was a joke
The airline damaged my bag and only provided partial compensation. I reached out to Carl Friedrik, explaining that I couldn’t afford to buy a new one at full price but that I really loved the suitcase. They offered a solution that allowed me to get the suitcase back without incurring any extra costs. Their customer service was exceptionally responsive—one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a fan.
I placed an order for my luggage two weeks ago (Order #6281285), but I have yet to receive any updates regarding the shipping status. Additionally, my attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered.
Reliable shipping is crucial—particularly when travel is involved—and unfortunately, this delay and lack of communication suggest otherwise.
At this point, I am still waiting for any update or resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company if timely delivery is important to you.

The main reason I am writing this feedback is because of the work and willingness the customer service rep - Paula did for me.
From the beginning I had a small dilemma with my new purchased briefcase from Carl Friedrik. I explained my issues and concerns, she was polite and empathetic. She was detailed and always made sure to follow up. To extent that on one occasion, I didn't respond to one of her emails for 2 days because I didn't know I had a response from her. She emailed me on the 3rd day to "follow up, because she hadn't heard from me", she informed me that she responded 2 days ago and it may have went to my spam. Sure enough, she was right & I never knew. Taking those small extra steps to really not let the matter fall behind meant so much to me besides the obvious, which was assisting me with the importance of the situation at hand.
Paula and I exchanged multiple emails, and she helped me get to a great solution.
I even informed her as well another feedback on her work ethic, that this was my 1st purchase with the brand. But because of her alone I see myself being a repeat customer for sure!
Months ago I reached out to the brand in hopes of even collaborating on some products since I also have social media/ youtube acct. & I was really interested in receiving some products from the brand because I really liked some of their designs. I never heard back, it honestly was a bit off putting. I wasn't sure I was even going to order with the brand at all. All I wanted was some conversation on the possibility, even if they would have said (no). But no real response I didn't like.
So to fast forward, I still bought the briefcase with my own money and ran into a small issue. But she kept the whole ordeal positive and polite and respectful.
So thanks to PAULA FOR ALL HER HELP AND CARE. and if anyone has the luck to get her as a representative, they are in good hands.!!
