About 1 year ago i purchased a large check in suitcase returning to the USA in Jan this year it was damaged and the Carl Friedrik team replaced the suitcase immediately.

Very strong and no nonsense service. You would expect a better product initially, but when service and replacement is this convinient, all is forgiven. The issues should also be resolved with new model A which was also informed
Paula, the customer support representative that I worked with, was extremely helpful with a warranty claim. She provided several options for me, going forward. She was timely in her email responses, and provided valuable information. This type of customer service, as well as the warranty on their products, takes Carl Friedrik way above it’s competitors (not to mention the beautiful luggage).

I travel a lot. I purchased my luggages from Carl Friedrick 3 years ego and had lots of millage from it. When I had a problem with a check-in they addressed it by replacing quickly and with no hassle the luggages. Service was very friendly. I can't be happier. I highly recommend the brand for the quality of ils products and for its impeccable service.
Paula was fantastic. I uploaded some picture of how my bag needed to be repaired and it was taken care of in a prompt and clear manner. Customer service at its finest.

I placed an order with Carl Friedrik (Order Number: 6277728) and was deeply disappointed with the handling of my purchase. Despite clear delivery instructions to ensure the package was handed directly to me, it was left unattended outside the delivery address.
Initially, Carl Friedrik informed me that the package had been successfully delivered and signed for. However, video evidence from the delivery address clearly shows that the package was left outside without my signature or presence. This leaves serious questions about the reliability of the delivery process and the validity of the proof of delivery.
When I raised this issue with Carl Friedrik, their response was dismissive. They shifted responsibility to the courier service and suggested I file a claim with local authorities or the courier, despite consumer protection laws stating that the retailer is responsible until the goods are in the customer's possession.
Although I provided evidence to support my claim, including the video, Carl Friedrik has declined to issue a refund or offer an adequate resolution, citing their policies and internal investigations. This has left me feeling unsupported and unfairly burdened with resolving an issue that arose from their delivery process.
I would advise others to consider this experience when choosing to order from Carl Friedrik, as my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Case was delivered damaged (production issue), and then they offer 10% off - when on Black Friday they'll offered 30% for undamaged stock.
Go elsewhere - they mess you around on returning the damaged case - you have to drop it off at Yodel........

All good, but slow delivery, I had ordered on December 30, the parcel was apparently lost in transit. That can happen... When asked, CF informed me that the replacement order had been made. I got the parcel by January 10.

the luggage quality is good; hence, we bought the 2nd piece to get a stylish set. Delivery is fast and packed properly.
Yodel managed to lose my package so close to Christmas. I contact Carl Fredrick, who responded right away, sent another package out immediately using another carrier to ensure my package arrived for Christmas. Husband loved his gift. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you
I own three CF products, and very happy with all of them. They're all lookers and the quality is great. Had an issue that required the involvement of customer support, and received very fast and satisfactory treatment.

Delivery not made at time notified. Delivery information provided was inadequate. Call centres were very poor at reacting to the problem. Delivery took over a week due to this.
