Brilliant service

Can't fault them. I love their shoes but had to return my last pair. Not the company's fault, I have small feet and pull-ons were just too big. The size three fit me if they have laces...
No problem with returns.
Customer service is second to none.

Awful customer service!

Awful , Awful customer service !
I’m a local resident and have visited this shop a few times. Unfortunately, the customer service from the current shop assistant/manager is very rude and unprofessional. She often makes faces, mutters behind customers’ backs, and seems annoyed when people try items but don’t buy.
This morning I tried two pairs of boots but they didn’t have my size. As I was leaving after saying thank you, I heard her muttering “oh my God” behind me in an annoyed tone. It felt very disrespectful.
It’s disappointing to experience this in an independent shop in central Bath. Previously there was a lovely blonde lady working there who was welcoming and professional, but the current atmosphere is completely different. I won’t be returning while she is working there.

Collection from Grafton Street shop. The very helpful staff helped me find an alternative size of the boots I'd chosen. The staff were professional, patient and friendly. I love my new boots, so it was a great experience all round. Thank you.

I love my new green boots…

Wore my new boots for the first yesterday and feel very comfortable I do have a bunion but since the leather is soft then I think with another time wearing they will have settled down in that area as I have this firstly with most footwear…
They look beautiful when on the green colour is amazing and would certainly order again from this company…
