Efficient service

Lovely boots and excellent customer services!

I paid over $60 in taxes on top
Of the shipping charge. $20 in Ireland and over $40 in america. They turned out to be very expensive boots. I won’t be doing that again.

The boots I purchased are fabulous. fit is great and quality of material good too. I like this brand for staples - footwear that can be worn for years due to their good quality and more or less timeless design.

Very good. I bought online but style did not suit. So returned to shop and actually bought a different style.

Order placed on 13 January 2026, but no communication about when to expect delivery. This is concerning considering how expensive the boots are and money has been paid. Telephoned a couple of days later, spoke to Michael who tracked my order and said they were out for delivery and I could receive them in the next couple of days. Sure enough I did (arrived Sat 17 Jan 2026) but the boots had 3 colour flaws down the front of one boot and the zip got stuck half way down the same boot. They should have been checked before being despatched! I immediately returned them on Monday 19th January 2026 and tracked the return. Boots were received back at Carl Scarpa following day but refund didn't appear in my account. Rang, spoke to Michael again (it appears he does everything in the "office end" of business and is clearly overworked). He told me that refund would appear in my account within 14 working days (this is ridiculously slow). Finally received refund on 29 January 2026 (9 days wait). I will NEVER again order from Carl Scarpa.

I absolutely love Carl Scarpa boots and shoes, they are so original and great quality. The ladies in the shop in Cheltenham are great and when ordering online the delivery is quick. Love the boots as they have narrow fitting ankles and calves which is great for me.

These ankle boots are very FASHIONABLE! They are so PRETTY and BEAUTIFUL! The style of this footwear is so COMFORTABLE and it is ELEGANT! I was very HAPPY and greatly satisfied with this product! I HIGHLY recommend this brand! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
