Harry was excellent
Recently I booked business flights to Hong Kong from Belfast. On the Belfast to London leg I had booked an early flight that I needed to change. I contacted Carlton Leisure on its chat facility and was assigned to Harry. He was absolutely brilliant. Not only did get me flight changed with the airline for no charge but he managed to get better flights for me on my return. And he rang me back as soon as he could. He is an absolute credit to the organisation and because of his excellent customer service I will use Carlton Leisure in future. And I got great deals too. Professor Paddy Gray

Absolutely horrendous experience. Cancelled our return journey without any proper communication and had no reasons. Hung up on us when they didn't have an explanation

Booked flights for trip to Seattle & returning from Fort Lauderdale. Easy booking system, but had to wait for confirmation. Eventually confirmed 72 hours later! But hopefully it's all worked out fine!

I am writing this review with regards to my experiences with Oscar at Carlton Leisure who has been fantastic from beginning to end.
We booked our flights through Carlton via Sky scanner. Unfortunately due to the disruption in the Middle East one of flights got cancelled.
Naturally we were worried as to what will happen. I reached out to Carlton and they have been absolutely fantastic.
They reassured me that this can be sorted. I spoke to Oscar and from day one he took ownership of my query and dealt with it from start to finish until my ticket was re booked with another airline. No waiting on phone lines for hours on end. No additional charges, no fuss, just world class customer service from start to finish.
Oscar, you are a credit to your team & thank you once again.

Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever.
Do not book with them. Flights to middle East canx. Cancellation was from the airline and carlton leisure want to charge admin fee! For what? Go charge the airline who canx.

Kudos to Mr. Vivek! Due to the middle east disruption, the airline cancelled the flight. No one was picking up calls and there was no way to reach out to Gulf Air. Thankfully Carlton Leisure helped me to get the ticket reissued. Trust me...it was really a wonderful and an amazing experience booking with them.
