Payed for a flight on the 8th of april…
Payed for a flight on the 8th of april via PayPal and received a ricept number . Money was taken from the account yet we have not received any flight information. Emailed them ,got back nothing but silence and my girlfriend tried to call them which a very rude agent answered and said they would call back later that day and they never did shocking service.. Hopefully that changes.
Still no response from this clown show of a company . Either they are completely incompetent or are a scam..
I have since managed to solve this issue and received my refund as only after 10 days of constant emails and phone calls we finally found someone at CL who wasnt incompetent and they found our booking but we had zero trust in the company and asked for a refund and it was processed

Due to illness I couldn't go on my trip…
Due to illness I couldn't go on my trip and sent doctors certificate as proof and requested to have flighta transferred to a later date flrather than loosing money but I have had no response.

One of, if not yhe best Customer Service experiences I have ever had
This was an outstanding customer service experience. Due to the problems in the Middle East I needed to change my flights to Tasmania at short notice so that I could avoid Dubai and travel a safer and more certain route. Oscar did an outstanding job, finding me alternatives pointing out the pros and cons of each one and taking on all the stress and strain of the situation. He even rang me from home on his day off to make the chosen booking and finalise everything. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and I cannot praise Oscar and the company enough for the help and support they gave. I am now a committed long em customer.

We booked some flights through Carlton Leisure from Norwich to Tampa via Amsterdam.
The flight from Amsterdam was subsequently brought forward and the airline routed us through Atlanta and then on to Tampa which meant we would have got there very late at Night.
Komal managed to get us on an earlier flight from Norwich which meant we could still catch our retimed connection in Amsterdam and get into Tampa mid afternoon.
She was very helpful, professional, cheerful and efficient. Would definitely use her again.
