I was very impressed by the way kevin from carlton leisure arranged new flights from Sydney to dubai and then onto Glasgow after one of my connections were cancelled by Emirates. Udi at Carlton Leisure goes above and beyond.
Udi at Carlton Leisure is my go-to person for finding and booking all my work-related flights. He patiently deals with complicated requests and comes up with the best options. He has sometimes stepped in at the last minute when I’ve had to change or cancel flights during an overseas trip. Udi responds quickly and calmly to all my communications (often outside his working hours) and he provides a five-star, professional travel-booking service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Udi and Carlton Leisure.

Received an email from Kevin informing me of flight change was asked to confirm however customer service doesn't seem to be able to reply to customer emails as I'm still waiting 9days later

Ordered vegetarian meal
Ordered vegetarian meal - in my first class seat. Unfortunately BA informs that they never received the order.
So no meal for the next 13 hours plus as there is no vegetarian menu

Tried to book a flight
Tried to book a flight - got right to payment then told flight wasn't available. Re- tried and flight was available but £200 more expensive . Tried again later same day and price reduced £100! Very annoying
