Carmina's after sale support is absolutely wonderful. If there is any issue with the item, they will work out a solution with you and then proactively provide you with updates throughout the process. Marie at Carmina is, in particular, a joy to deal with. Highly recommend Carmina to anyone considering buying leather shoes online.

I'm an Australian customer who has made three orders with Carmina in total. Always really reliable regarding postage (incredibly quick!) and communication. The products are beautiful and of excellent quality. They recently accommodated a request I had regarding a customer order, just wonderful customer service all around.

After viewing numerous videos about Carmina shoes, I decided to try the brand. The ability to customize models was a major factor in my decision. Since they offer so many different lasts, though, I thought it best to purchase a standard model first to evaluate the fit. I ordered a wholecut in Museum Black along with a matching belt. The quality and fit were superb. Those concerns allayed, I have since ordered two customized pairs that have exceeded expectations. Customer service has also been excellent. Most recently, I asked if there was any chance my custom order could be completed and delivered before an upcoming trip. I was kindly informed that since my ordered involved exotic skins (crocodile), the CITES paperwork and customs regulations of importing into the US would likely delay the order significantly. Imagine my surprise when they expedited the order anyway, and I received them in plenty of time before my trip! In addition, the shoes are beautifully constructed and extremely comfortable. I look forward to many more custom pairs!

I'm a customer from Australia, I'm extremely happy with my recent purchases with Carmina. It's the first time I invested money on handcrafted shoes and I must say what a wise choice! The design and the leather Carmina used are amazing!! I feel so so happy when I'm wearing Carmina shoes, can't help dancing! and I received so many compliments! This brand is a treasure. Carmina has different types of shoe lasts, giving customers lots of choices. I bought two pairs of boots and one pair of Oxford, I will buy more before end of the year!
Also for new customers, Carmina uses DHL for express post, it's easy to track, I enjoyed tracking my parcel as if I were travelling in the Europe : ) : )
P.S and the most important, Carmina has the best customer service I ever know, Brenda kindly emailed me the detailed measurements of shoe lasts, all my three pairs of shoes are perfect in sizing!

My first purchase of Carmina footwear, after months of viewing their shoes/boots, accessories and website information. Took advantage of the free belt with footwear. Brenda was extremely helpful in ensuring the shoe and belt sizing was correct. Purchased the Rain Chelsea boots a suede belt and an exceptional long bullhorn shoehorn. Goods arrived v quickly and the presentation matched the quality of the boots and belt. Will buy from Carmina again without hesitation.

Was contemplating on purchasing a pair of chelsea boots from Carmina. Had a few concerns as this was my first pair from them and was unsure of the various last sizes.

I contacted customer service and had the pleasure of being assisted by Brenda who was very patient in providing the necessary information I needed which eventually led to a purchase. 3 days later the shoes arrived in Singapore and were a perfect fit!

Ordered a brand new pair of shoes for 525.00. Wore them gently a handful of times going to and from a store. No rough wear whatsoever. I go to put on one of the boots and I heard a snap sound, the elastic now looks wavy. I've had this happen with chelsea boots after years, not a month. I went to take photos of the shoe to send to Carmina and while I was taking photos, I noticed that the front of the sole is also coming off of the boot. This is not normal clearly and I let them know that. They, however, continue to insist I must have done something to cause this myself and the best they can do is offer me to send the faulty boot to a warehouse for repair. No offer to replace or refund whatsoever and no acknowledgement they sold me a poor quality faulty pair of shoes for full price. It is a shame as I really liked the way they looked and would have been a return customer. I expected a lot better customer service considering the price. I can't figure out why they wouldn't stand by their quality standards, especially if it meant they would gain even more customers due to the word spreading about their great customer service. I wish I had researched the brand better because now I'm seeing that I am not the only one who has had a similar issue.

Edited after reading reply: You can restore my confidence now by helping reach a solution so I am not out 525.00. I didn't want the repair option because this shouldn't have happened after a few wears, period.

I had severel question about the right shoe, best fitting last and perhaps how to exchange the shoe.
Carminas service was at all time excellent, especially Brenda!

The quality of the shoes is outstanding. They just look fabulous! Perfect value for money. Fast delivery and very helpful support too. Can very recommend Carmina. Happy that this kind of craftsmanship still exists!

Checked the size guide on their website, and since I was skeptical, I decided to size up. Turns out it was still too small. I also ordered a belt which was too small as well.
There were very little details about how to return the item, but I contacted the customer support and got some instructions via email.
4 months after returning the shoes, I still haven't gotten the new size. I then started asking for a refund, but CS completely ghosted me. I got a hold of another CS who then ghosted me as well. No reply for the past two months.
Avoid at all costs!!

The customer service at Carmina has been very helpful and accommodating. My feet have weird sizing and it is thus difficult to find shoes that fit well. The Carmina staff were very helpful in assisting me with figuring out what sizes fit best. Would definitely shop with them again.

5th pair from Carmina but first time I order online. The oxfords are very nice and very well built (as usual). I have never been disappointed by Carmina and have been a customer for many many years.
As usual, I get metal toe caps installed. The problem this time, is that after the first wear, the toe cap on the left shoe dug into the sole (about 3 mm) for no obvious reason. One screw is now protruding a little out and is not sitting flush with the metal caps anymore. It cannot be pushed in unfortunately. This is the first time something like this happens ( 13 pairs of shoes I own have had metal toe for several years)

Marie and the team are fantastic: I bought a number of items in the first purchase but then before they were dispatched I found something else interesting and added to the order. People like me who are not familiar with online shopping and oh making payments via this link and that link are usually caught by foreign instructions. I made it known to Marie and to my surprise, she gave me prompt and helpful advice and assistance. She also kept tracking my order and made sure that I have everything in order. The customer service is second to no one. Of course, I enjoy all my Carmina Shoes (I have got 5 pairs and will buy more in the future). They are of superb quality and aesthetically gorgeous.

My husband loves Carmina shoes so after buying some for him in their Black Friday sale for Xmas, they unfortunately arrived damaged. However, after contacting customer support and sending photos, Marie and the team have gone above and beyond to sort me a replacement pair, which I received this morning, well in time for Xmas. The replacement shoes are just stunning so after what started as a feeling of disappointment, they easily turned around to make me one very happy customer!

I received the custom 80512 pair this afternoon and it is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you and your team of craftsmen and craftswomen who poured their collective, exceptional talent to ensuring this pair was constructed perfectly. I really can't thank you enough! The box was in excellent condition. I wish you and the Carmina Team a safe and prosperous holiday season. I am now hooked!! Cheers!

I have been a regular customer of Carmina for 3 1/2 years. The purchasing experience, quality, and customer service are excellent. Their products arrive quickly in beautiful, sturdy packaging. Whenever I have a question, their customer support has always been quick to respond with answers and solutions. There is real value in their custom program, where they will send photos of leather options, and make very helpful suggestions regarding selections and modifications with the help of their design and manufacturing team. Even minor adjustments to lasts can be requested to help with fit. Once I had a concern regarding a possible defect in the leather of a pair of boots I had received 6 months before, and after sending pictures, and an email exchange, Carmina arranged for return shipping and remade the pair. It means a lot to know they will support their customers even after a purchase.

I've purchased 9 pairs of shoes (and some belts) over a few years through Carmina, from ready made, to custom, and a few Cordovan models. The quality is always exceptional, and the customer service even more so! I've had some issues with a couple of my orders (one even involving a remake), however, every time there has been a genuine issue, I feel safe knowing that it will be rectified. The quality control is generally very good, but the customer service is even better! That's why I keep coming back.

Decided to purchase from Carmina Shoemaker after seeing many great reviews about this company. Since it was an online purchase, we wanted to make sure that sizing is correct. Contacted Carmina many times with our multiple questions and each time, they were prompt in replying and answered our inquiries precisely. Our orders arrived within a week and both the boots and shoes fit perfectly and were of excellent quality. We have decided that whenever we look for shoes in the future, Carmina will be the first shoe company we shall consider.

Shoes are beautiful! Tight/clean welt and seam stitching; cordovan leather is defect free (no stretch marks, no tool marks); Rain last shape is elegant and elevates the casual derby style/hatch grain closer to a more formal oxford style; and customer service communication was excellent. Amazing silhouettes! They get better with age and use. Carmina provides an amazing service as well. Ariadna helped me with getting silhouettes made for a wedding with a deadline. 5 stars!!
