I ordered from Car Mods Pro a custom dash mat for a 2007 Lexus IS250. I received it on 4/01/26. It is nothing like what was advertised and appears to be a generic one size fits all mat. I’ve requested a refund, and so far all I’ve received is their claim that they shipped what I ordered. They tell me that I can return it to Asia, which would be expensive and not recommended. Funny thing is, the return address on the shipping label is in PA.
They offered a 20% refund, which I refused. They are using every excuse possible to avoid issuing a refund.
I have disputed it with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!
I have been fighting with company. I ordered a dash mat, the wrong one arrive, wrong color, design everything. I complained to them, sent several pics and video of the item, and didn't hear from them for months. Finally received a 20% back, sorry the wrong mat was sent, yada yada. and nothing since. I requested more information, still nothing. This company is absolutely awful, stay away from them, you'll never get your item!

Car Mods Pro Incorrect Dash Mat Delivered
I ordered from Car Mods Pro a custom dash mat for 2025 Infiniti QX55 on 12/01/2025 and incorrect dash mat was delivered on 12/22/2025. I requested replacement or full refund on 12/26/2025. They replied with an offer 20% refund due to their shipping error. I demanded instructions for replacement or full refund. They have not provided any response for replacement or full refund. This business is horrible and I will never purchase anything from them. If there were negative stars I would rate them -5 stars.
