Absolutely shocking company.

They left my wife and daughter stranded at JFK after flying in from the UK. The company were emailed before the flight left London advising that there had been an hours delay taking off.
When my wife called them at the airport to let them know the flight had landed, she was told that there was no driver available and they would not be picking them up. The company advised that they would refund the cost of the fare.

Eleven days later and various chase up emails but no refund.

At least they turned up for the return fare back to JFK. However, the car was small and not the cleanest.

Although the booking was easy and contact ting them on the day was easy they did not live up to what they said they would do. It was supposed to be a meet and greet in the airport, when I called they said go outside he'll be there soon. 7 minutes of standing in the snow he arrived - not meet an greet! I had a booked a bottle of champagne to be in the limo and paid in advance only to get told I need to pay the driver instead so had to find $35 cash for that. Was told the meet and greet would be no more than $20 for his parking - he didn't meet and greet so there could be no parking charge but when he dropped us at the hotel he said the cost was $60 - still don't know what the extra $25 was for?! Have emailed them to ask and had no response..... the driver was nice enough but take note - don't book a meet and greet and the driver charges more than agreed!
