An absolute diabolical company.
Please do not waste your time viewing their products, they aren't the ones you'll receive! But, you will recieve a look alike, although, it maybe the wrong size, shape or colour and quality plus material.
I asked for a full refund and I stated above reasons.
They are very quick with responding but , very slow with a solution. Which still needs resolving!!
Wish I read reviews before purching. Lesson learned!

Avoid like the plague. I ordered a coat that eventually arrived, sized XXXL. Not what I ordered. They refused to reimburse me until I returned the item but said I had to bear the cost of the return to China. This is in breach of consumer law. They are simply out to defraud you.

Bought a cashmere jumper for £30 but is really cheap acylic. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered 3 silk shirts and i was sent 2 shirts that are made from plastic material that I've only ever seen in fancy dress costumes.

One "shirt" is actually a top that looks nothing like what i ordered. I complained and was told that i received the right order and need to ship items back to China at my own expense.

I've raised this with the bank.

Under no circumstances deal with this company your items aren’t coming from Sweden everything is from China and really inferior and trying to return is a complete disgrace

Don’t buy from this company - false advertising and when you try to return it you have to return to China. They NOT a UK company the item came with out labels tags or care instructions sizing well out

Same here I ordered a jumper which took weeks to come,I stupidly never read the reviews I was just excited cos I loved the look of the jumper,omg what a load of rubbish they don’t reply to emails never ever again I’ve been conned

Ordered a cardigan on-line.
After a month the parcel arrived,
It was a tee-shirt!
Have been in touch with the company, they want me to return the tee-shirt, but it must be both registered and tracked - back to China.
This will cost me more than the cardigan was priced at. Discussed the matter with Carramoda - their LAST offer was to offer me a 20% refund for the cost of cardigan, and, in exchange I can keep the tee-shirt!
This will be the most expensive tee-shirt ever.
DO NOT deal with this company they have have no intention of complying with the consumer laws of the UK.

Finally received the “cashmere” sweater ordered on 17th January. No labels on it at all no washing instructions, no idea of what it made of,or where manufactured. Certainly not cashmere. Absolute scam!!

This company in is scam.rubish quality stuff looks nothing like shown in photos. They don't do returns and don't reply to your emails. They are in china and hide that online.

Have requested a return 6 times as the coat is useless. Sleeves are 6 ins to short and supposed size 3XL wouldn't fit a 12 yr old

If I could give a minus score I would. When 4 weeks and no delivery, tracking doesn’t work. Customer services just say it’s on its way. Dodnt realise it was a company abroad as it says uk. Don’t waste your money. I have now gone to my card issuer to get a refund. Odd how they reply to emails at 11pm .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
THEY SEND THE CHEAPEST. POOREST QUALITY ITEMS YOU CAN IMAGINE, THEN MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND.
THEY ASK YOU TO PAY TO RETURN THE ITEM....TO CHINA. ITS A VOMPLETE SCAM!!!!

Wish I read all of these reviews before I spent £70 with this company. Still not received the goods and probably wont as having the exact same experience as everyone else here.

Do not order from them. Got a top in 2XL which would have fitted a child. They asked me to send a photo of an existing top of a similar size to the one Ihad ordered which I did, I showed a size large top with theirs on top so they could see the difference. They then kept saying they will send another, send me tracking details but they were for the first item. Respond every so often to emails, always very polite but do nothing. No refunds given apparently. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Delivery takes forever
The item is made in China, tatty, not cashmere, no labels, unfinished seams
Complaints useless - probably AI generated responses
Given a return address in China with no pre-paid postage !!

But you can get a refund if you paid by credit card. I raised a dispute and was reimbursed within 3 days. I have also contacted Google and asked them to remove the company from their website - Please do the same

Sadly I am another person who has been duped by this company.
Order delivery delayed . Arrived today.
No labels in garment. No washing instructions. Definitely not cashmere and not soft.

The is the first time that I have been mis-sold something with no comeback.
It has taught me a lesson.
Will always check reviews prior to ordering from new companies.

I’ve had the same problem Maria! I’ve emailed and made contact so many times.
Of course they take money out immediately one orders it. I had to (three weeks later) inquire where my goods were. Eventually they arrived.
What absolute rubbish with one label on one which clearly states “polyester” and it was sold on their site as cashmere. Immediately I went into ‘Returns’ and what a complicated process! They need photos of good and proof of purchase before they can decide if returns will be accepted.
Like you I am about to contact The Consumer Council and have informed them so.
NOTE:When one goes to look at reviews of the item there are none.
It will state what customers say and they obviously include their own dishonest words.
NOTE:The company has the right to withhold comments.
This is such a rip off. I will continue to follow this up even though it is time consuming. However I will do my best to ensure others don’t get caught.

Check Trustpilot before making purchase online is the lesson I’ve taken from this.
Bought a Kayleigh “cashmere” sweater online got a polyester elastic-feel top in its place. No labels on it, not even washing instructions.
As others before me have done, contacted customer service and got the same offer to keep the rubbish top and get a voucher worth half the value of this monstrosity.
They are based in Sweden so not sure Trading Standards can do a thing.
Really bummed.
Apparently the cost of returning this to Sweden will be half the cost of the original delivery.
Rip off.

Yup, I've been stung too. Seriously, avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a jumper - product arrived that did not match the picture on the website- cheap tat, polyester. Emailed immediately to arrange a return. Was offered a discount on my next purchase (no chance!!!). Emailed to decline offer, then waited almost 2 weeks for reply- talk about running the clock down! This time I have to send a photo of the item and they will then decide if they will refund - but I will have to pay shipping to Sweden - despite a label with UK address on it. Lesson learned - by rights this is zero stars from me (had to put 1 to write this review . Awful company!
