Shocking absolutely shocking. Ordered a smiley knitted jumper on 4th December, I haven't received anything. Tried to contact them by phone, getting wrong number answer, emailed them last week got no reply. Do not order from this dodgy company.

I wish there was an option to put less than a star because I'm livid! Waited ages for a coat I purchased and when it came it looks like a classic sweat shop garment that makes Primark look like the actual Armani.

I've written to then to advise howni can return and get a feedback all I'm hearing are night crickets and tomorrow I'll be calling my bank to raise a visa dispute after reading how I've actually been scammed.

The bloody audacity for almost 50 quid FFS

Waited ages for delivery when I emailed they ignored my three requests for a refund. Item finally arrived cheap materials colour not the same, about a £10 jumper when it was prices as a so called 50% off! paid nearly £40, waste of money. Do not touch this company.

Oh how I wish, like others, I’d checked Trust Pilot before ordering from this sleaze of a company. ABSOLUTE SCAM AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Still waiting for my shirt 3 weeks after ordering (and paying) and the tracking tells me it’s located in some random nail salon in London. I too am grateful I’ve only lost £17 but reported to my bank so maybe I’ll get that back?

Do not buy from this company, quality of the clothes is terrible, then to send back is costlly - almost 1/3 of total price, then once I show my tracked parcel receipt they ghosted me, I’m currently putting it in the hands of my credit card company, well out of pocket, wish I’d read the reviews first

Guessing this review won’t help many people as, like me, you’ll only look at reviews after the company have peed you off.

Ordered a £30 jumper, supposed but be cashmere, was not. But sizing also way off measurements on website too so tried to turn as way too big.

The customer service is a joke - website is a scam, made to look like luxe Swedish brand, but actual just Shein-style fast cheap fashion stuff! Can’t get a reply so stuck with a massive, crap jumper.

This company is a disgrace! I bought two coats , definitely not cashmere!!! Cheap and nasty !!! As previous reviews have said, 3 weeks delivery and trying to find a way of returning them is like trying to speak to the pope ! I’m furious and wouldn’t recommend this retailer to my worst enemy

Sold as Cashmere, paid nearly £40, 100% polyester! Looks cheap as! Missold, return process impossible. Seems like a Chinese company took so long to come.

I wish I have read the reviews before ordering.
I have been waiting my order for 3 weeks and have been told that order has been shipped and is with Evri and they have no knowledge of the status . Tracking numbers are completely pointless.
Luckily my loss is only £17!

Agree with previous person. Bad service from the outset. Item took 2 and a half weeks to arrive. Arrived wrong colour. I ordered a large, this was more like a small or medium. Their sizes are very small. No labels inside, so no idea whet size was sent, what it was made off or how to wash. They have offered me the option of keeping the item and 50% off another item. No good if the sizes don't fit me. Dreading trying to attempt to get my money back. Definitely a scam Company. Avoid like the plague.

This company are not based in the UK or Sweden as stated, they are based in China. Another scam company selling poor quality clothes that bear no resemblance to pictures. They have offered a return address but with this caveat:

“Please ensure that you include a blank piece of paper with your name, email address, store name (Carro Moda UK), and order number on the outside of the box. Kindly note that you will need to cover the return shipping costs, and we advise you to use a service that provides a tracking code since we are unable to issue return labels or refund returns if they are lost without tracking proof.”

This doesn’t inspire much confidence in their refund process.

Definitely a scam.
Company will be reported.
Ships substandard items with no labels.
Ridiculous return policy.
Company needs closing down.

DISGRACEFUL!!! I bought what I was led to believe an "Elise wool coat” but when I opened the parcel I received it looked and felt more like it had been
pieced together from various different fabric to create an artificial brand. Is no wonder they left out the label! Also, the parcel felt a bit light weight. There was no designer label on it to suggest that I had purchased an "Elise” wool coat. My suspicion was growing. I wanted to examine the coat, and as I did I started to find loose
stitching on buttons, under collar / lapels, button holes? The only label I could see was a simple washing that read 95% polyester and 5% spendex" No wool here? I pointed this out to the retailer, but they just covered it up by saying that it was a "mislabelling' like they made a mistake that any retailers can do. Except there was no mistake. There was NO brand label on the coat? There should be one attached to the coat separate from the washing label? This was truly shocking and disappointing to see, as I paid £54.95 for
something that wasn't worth that kind of money, I emailed them and demanded a full refund. I got an email back from the team who seemed so nice and professional. They seemed sympathetic too. They were willing to refund me, as I came forward with my concerns, but at a fraction of the price I paid for, a measly 15%. This was their way of, in their own wording, “acknowledging” my concerns and as a “gesture,” of like a good will to “offer” me a 15% refund, like their doing me a favour. I suppose they could just have blatantly ignored me, Con artists don’t usually like to give anything away, so I should take what ever little they’re offering. For a moment I felt like I should be the one grateful?
And to further add insult I would have to return the goods myself back to China (their manufacturers), not to the original place I bought it from in Sweden and at my expense.
The company's policy does not include returns. It’s basically a one way ticket. If you buy anything from them don’t expect a refund, fault or none, as you will lose more than you bargained for. I paid 54.95, the return fee was 27.95. Their refund to me was going to be approx., 8.24. My total loss would have outweighed the cost i paid for the coat (54.95). So I’m on a lose lose whatever I do. I don’t send I’m stuck with a piece of junk, if I send back I’ll lose more than I paid. It’s a win win for them, as if I send back they can go another round with the item and con someone else. This is another business they don’t tell anyone. Only way you’ll find out is if you ask for a refund.

Considering all of the above, this company is nothing short of a SCAM!!! So buyer BEWARE!!! I wished I had read
the reviews first. It's sad when you have to read every review before making a purchase. If anyone experienced anything like mine please go to your bank and get a chargeback. And the Consumers Rights Act 2015 is very useful, you can find them on google.

I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering, I ordered a pair of shoes 4 weeks ago and still not received them , I have been emailing them and they have replied with an apology. I asked them for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that. That’s £40 of my money they have. I don’t know what else I can do ?

As everyone else has said, this site is a complete scam. The items I was sent took 3 weeks to arrive which rang alarm bells to start with, but when they did eventually come they looked NOTHING like the images on the website, absolutely shocking quality. No response to my email.

I have been trying to get a return number and shipping label for weeks and they don’t want to supply. They just keep asking me for pictures and proof of purchase. I am seeing now it’s unlikely I will get a refund. Don’t ever buy from these people. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade. I paid £34 for a cardigan that looked lovely in the pictures and looked awful when it arrived. I’m still chasing but with little hope. I will contact trading standards to see about getting their website closed down.

Soooo the Jumper I bought from these fraudsters , just came apart on the arm. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, they don’t offer returns at all, they closed down another website with a similar name. They sell rubbish, what you see is definitely not what you’ll get. If only I could add pictures.

Item received bears no resemblance to the picture, inferior quality materials, late arrival, had to chase via email constantly, if you want to return you have to pay postage to China and provide tracking details which doesn't guarantee you'll get a refund!

Steer well clear, I ordered a jumper, the money was taken from my account, no email receipt and no item.
