Only 1 star as my car always in the…

Only 1 star as my car always in the garage,sience I bought it, when Caroon said the full service was done successfully after it had mold in the pollen filter. I had to do the full service and I wasn't impressed with the issues I found. They promised to remove the scratches but they didn't, drivetrain has come out. This car is a such a headache.
Caroon does not answering emails and their phone number never works. Their official website is not running anymore. Caroon.co.uk
Hopefully it will run one day.

Sorry, but avoide Caroon!

Absolute scumbag of a company

Absolute scumbag of a company, DO NOT buy a car from this dishonest dealership!!!
Purchased a 2015 Mercedes E350 coupe from them of which I paid in full (£20k). 3-4 days later I went to check the full service history that they had claimed it had and found that there was absolutely none whatsoever.
I sent three emails voicing my issue of which all were ignored. I ended up driving back over there to speak to a manager and I was at first dismissed and told to send an email… so I told the salesman that I wasn’t leaving until I spoke to someone in person as my previous emails had all been ignored. Eventually their Ops Manager came out with a copy of the cars very first service printout from Mercedes, but this still left 5 years of missing history. He basically told me that because I had signed for the vehicle when I collected it that they would not take it back and refund me my money.
I have since sent three official letters to them by recorded delivery (as advised by Citizens Advice) and again they have just ignored them all. I am now in the process of speaking with a solicitor to take this matter to court.
Caroon claim on their website to be customer focused and that they wish to make a great first impression and make buying a car an easy stress free process…
I can say my experience buying this car from them has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had, they are greedy, dishonest and don’t care one bit about you as a customer once they have your hard earned money!!
The way they have treated me is disgusting and they can’t be allowed to get away with it. STAY AWAY people

Go elsewhere, not to be trusted, decent or honest!!

Trusted this company to be honest when trying to purchase a car from NZ before my return, big mistake!!
They basically accused me of being untrustworthy because I was offshore and wanted 50% of the car price up front to secure, even though I'd paid their deposit to secure, oh the irony!!
On arriving and collecting the car (BMW 640d), on my first drive North to where we were going the engine management light came on which I immediately reported together with a couple of other issues noticed.
Basically they don't want to know, tell you anything you want to hear and won't take any accountability or responsibility.
I had to take it locally to get diagnostic done as they did nothing and told they would reimburse, no such luck and haven't done anything to resolve all issues found.
Only offer made was to wait a month (outside of their warranty period) and ME to claim on my extended insurance or take it back to them 120 miles away and they would sort everything. Both of which could damage it further, so why not do it locally to me by a suitable nominated garage and not run the risk!!!
They wouldn't give me a contact number to speak to after sales who were supposedly the go to people and never received a response with the emails I sent to them.
Legal action will be following, dodgy as and save yourself the hassle...go elsewhere.

Salesman was unhappy because I had my finance sorted already from my last car so see the car and I was happy and wanted it so said tell me your info and I’ll get the money over
Then it went down hill. Told me I have to pay £500 extra so he could take the money lol. This is a well known financial company. Then wanted more money for sales tax thing and still saying doing me a favour at full price lol can’t test drive the car had no MOT and needed a service. Vehicle check was not good so we left it 2014 car for 18 grand

Below average.

Poor customer service - I drove over an hour away to collect the car to be told on arrival it isn’t ready and the finance money hadn’t been released. After sitting there for 5hrs, they advised it would be best to come back.

I’ve had the car a month and the engine management light has come on.

This is something I’d expect when spending £100 on a car, not £20,000.

First and last time I’d buy a car from here.

Not happy with our recent purchase

Not happy with our recent purchase. Promised 2 new tyres but looks like just moved about and cleaned up!? One tyre still very low tread. Just what you want on £12+k sale. Salesman personable, but left hand doesn't seem to know what right hand doing/done. Watch this space...
Just heard him say...it won't be a new tyre, we don't do new tyres! So take this into consideration if purchasing a vehicle and wanting stuff sorted as part of the deal!

Terrible

Terrible. Paid a deposit, made and appointment, no one to see me when I got there after am hour drive and 90 mins wait. Then very difficult to get me deposit back from, took almost 2 weeks. BE CAREFUL

Selling a car with a known fault

Went to look at an Orange Kia Sportage and found the sunroof didn't work. Salesman advised the 'tech team' spent 2 hours trying to close it when it first arrived but were told to put it up for sale anyway. Advised would receive a call to let me know if they would repair it or if they would send it back to auction. Call never came, car is still showing for sale but at £500 less now.

Avoid white scirocco

Shocking avoid at all costs!
Bought a white scirocco and it was a shambles! The tracking was off which should of been done in the pdi or shall I say the pdi wasn’t even done! The oil cap was flooded with oil and oil inside was milky, the service history advertised was later stated that there was none when I questioned it and nothing but lies avoid at all costs and especially this car
