Ruined Carpet, No Accountability, Refusal to Compensate

Their excuses are absurd: they claim that using cold water and appropriate products means their cleaning process could not have caused the damage, and even suggest that the problem is the floor underneath the carpet. The carpet itself is visibly distorted. Blaming the floor does not make the damage disappear.

Instead of taking responsibility for the condition in which they returned my carpet, they dismissed my complaint and refused to compensate me for the damage.

They have shown absolutely no accountability or willingness to resolve the situation. Think twice before handing over your carpet to this company.

Do not use this company. They picked up 3 carpets and returned 2. They lied and said the 3rd carpets needed extra time to dry. Eventually they confessed they had ruined the carpet. They promised they were going to find a way to make things right. That was almost two months ago. They also refused to provide their identifying information for the Book of Complaints which is illegal in Portugal.
