Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

This is the worst carpet company we have ever dealt with. We bought our home from the owner who had new carpet installed to sell the house. When we moved in, we found a gap in the padding right in the middle of the living room. We called the carpet one and they sent a serviceman out to fix the installation error. He stated that the problem was caused by the installers and that he would return with another serviceman to fix their mistake. The service manager doesn't seem to understand what customer service is and overruled his serviceman and said they would have to charge us to repair their mistake. Obviously their service integrity is non-existent.
They probably figure they only do business with their customer only once, therefore, no need for good customer service.

Starting with the warm knowledgeable and helpful sales person we think Carpet One is excellent.The sales lady was so helpful helping us choose the perfect product. We love the new floor! We had some installation date challenges for Carpet One, but they were very accommodating. The installers were on time, and had the correct tools to get the work done in a timely manner. The installers moved our furniture with care and were always courteous while in our home. They took care to clean up each day and put tools away, avoiding any tripping hazards. I would recommend Carpet One to my friends.

We had 5 rooms carpeted and were pleased with the wide selection of carpet samples to choose from.

The team that was sent to install our carpet was unbelievable. Their attention to detail and their willingness to take on the tasks of moving the larger furniture, vacuuming after installation, etc. were a blessing for us. They did the job quickly and respected our needs and schedules by being very flexible. They also possessed the long-ago work ethic of cleaning up after each day of work.

Our sales agent was very knowledgeable, helpful, flexible and patient. Our one regret is that we were not informed that the choice we made (from a small sample) didn't indicate that the material would show footprints and vacuum tracks.

Carpet One has a user friendly policy of free replacement until the customer is satisfied -- and it was offered to us. However; as seniors in our 80s, the thought of preparing each room by moving heavy furniture and specialty beds, -- not to mention having to pack and unpack again was too daunting.

Visitors always ask us where we purchased our carpeting and we tell them that Carpet One is our top choice, with the caution that they need to learn of any downsides regarding maintenance and care.

Windy Baker visited my house several times to oversee the installation. She made sure that the project was completed correctly. The installers were impressed with the quality of the engineered hardwood. All section went together very smoothly.

Carpet One provided the best service I could imagine. At each step, from shopping, to planning, installation, and follow up, they were courteous and professional. I will definitely shop with them again.

Saleswoman, Windy, was very knowledgeable of various kinds of carpets, understood our needs, good advice and very easy to work with in every way. The installers for the two different times and rooms were all great. Got in, got the job done, very neat, friendly and I would recommend this company and people who work for them to everyone. We have been enjoying our new carpets and better pads and very happy with everything.

We like the product, and the installers did a very good job. They were conscientious and attentive to detail and cleaned up very nicely. But communication with everyone involved - the sales person, the warehouse, and the installers - was very poor. People rarely showed up as scheduled, and never called to confirm appointments. We were told to buy a gallon of paint when a pint would have been more than sufficient, we were not shown the trim options for the floor, etc etc. So just make sure you know all the details up front.

We are very satisfied with our experience at Carpet One in Oro Valley. Windy Baker was very patient and gracious as we went back and forth and finally made our decision about flooring. The installation went as scheduled and the installers expertly did the work, answered our questions and cleaned up afterwards. We would definitely work with Carpet one again and recommend them to anyone.

My carpet is lush and just what I wanted. I was especially pleased with the installers. They did an excellent job: listened carefully to what was wanted, were careful in moving and replacing furniture, and cleaned up nicely.

We've had vinyl plank flooring installed and are very pleased. It was a big job and the installer Lonnie did a superb job.

Excellent selection. Right on time. Quality product. Great follow thru to insure satisfaction. Bought from Dinelle. Jesus installed. Note that I remember the names of these good people! So glad I did my business at Carpet One.

We spent over a week taking carpet samples to our house to see how they looked in the different light, day and night, and they had no problems giving as many samples as we wanted. In the end we selected a premium carpet that was on a close out special at nearly have price.
Installation was done in one day by a very professional crew.

Everyone at the Oro Valley Carpet One was extremely patient, helpful, and dedicated to my goal of finding the perfect flooring for my home. They worked diligently with me to answer all of my questions and to ensure the perfect installation. The installers were detail oriented and completed my job beautifully. I highly recommend these folks!

Carpet excellent quality. Installation timely & efficient. However, the operation seemed to be dropped from the time of the sale until Bernie rescued the abandonment!
