I have used Carpet One many times over the years and have been pleased with every single transaction. My salesperson has been Windy at the Oro Valley Store. She really knows floor covering, and she always steers me in the right direction. In fact, I finally picked a wood floor after several months of deliberating and bringing samples home, and Windy nicely pointed out that the one I picked was the very first one she recommended to me!

For the wood floor we did a very large sunken living room and dining room connected by a 2-step level change. The installer was really really good. I couldn't be more pleased. And the steps came out gorgeous. I get compliments on that floor constantly.

More recently I had 3 bedrooms re-carpeted. I upgraded my pad as recommended by Windy and I cannot get over how soft my floor is. The carpet is just beautiful. And again the installers were great. Rocky in the scheduling department is also a pleasure to work with.

My next project is window coverings. Windy has an interior design degree so she is a great resource to me in picking colors, fabrics and styles for window coverings. In the past she has helped me with wood shutters, wood horizontal blinds, silhouettes, and now we are doing blackout accordion horizontal sliding shades for the master bedroom.

Sandra was patient and very professional as I chose my carpets. There was very little waste when it was laid. The communication was excellent, I felt well informed. The installers did such a great job, they were professional, very neat, hard working and slways on time.
