Rachel provided an absolutely exceptional level of service. From the outset, she took ownership of the entire process, organised everything seamlessly and made the experience remarkably quick and effortless. Her communication was excellent, everything happened exactly as it should, and there was never any unnecessary hassle or uncertainty. It’s rare to come across service that is this efficient and well managed. Rachel is a real credit to Carpow and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I started my journey with CarPow last week due to needing a vehicle. Cassie was assigned to be my case manager at first and she did a wonderful job. The next day my case manager was then transferred over to Melanie who also like Cassie was very pro-active at assisting with processing my finance and finally getting it approved later on in the day. I have had such a great experience from the start of my journey with CarPow right until now as I await to hear from CarPow for when my vehicle is ready to be collected. Thank you team the Customer Service experience provided by these 2 lovely staff members is just amazing and I am grateful they were able to deliver such a smooth and seamless time whilst dealing with me. Thank you to everyone involved I am a very happy customer of yours and will spread the news to family, friends and colleagues who maybe looking for a new car purchase solution. But I talked to a lady call Amelia she was horrible and disrespectful, playing the blaming game.. I was very upset and frustrated made me upset that much I wanted to cancel the whole car deal I felt that I did something wrong which I was just checking in on my car which I’m sure I’m entitled to, This is why I’m giving 3 stars.. Sorry Rachel you were awesome I would had give you a 5 star..
