I had an amazing experience with Zoe from the escalation team at Carry Dash. From start to finish, she was incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. What really stood out was how quickly she handled everything—no back-and-forth, no confusion, just efficient and effective support.

This company is definitely a scam

This company is definitely a scam. I followed a link on Facebook to purchase a pallet of garden soil after completing a survey, and at the end of the survey it said I’d see a charge from this company. Turns out the company ‘has no idea’ about this purchase but agreed to refund me if I gave them a 4 or 5 star review. That’s sketchy, and so is this company, so BUYER BEWARE.

After sending my email for multiple charges, I received an email back within one hour.
The message was polite, stating that the situation was being handled, that I would be contacted.

Needed a refund

My account was charged from a third party. I felt cheated and when I requested my refund and cancellation they promptly assisted in getting me my money back. Thank you for being so prompt
