What a great experience we had buying a car from Cars4Less Hull. Dwight was friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the cars on the forecourt. Dwight appeared very honest and ensured the car had a new MOT and service and that recommended work was completed. This included fitting a new cambelt as it was not clear if it had been changed previously. Purchase a ford fiesta , sells process was easy and Mo salem’s very helpful. However I week later started experiencing brake issues radio issue email,phoned and texted Mo no answer, website seems to have been taken down. Do not go anywhere near these people they tell that the vehicles been checked and services if needed but this vehicle was not checked poor brakes very little brake fluid so if it was checked it was very poorly done. Avoid these people they say one thing and do nothing

We bought a car from Carz4Less in Nov 2025. An intermittent fault became apparent a few weeks in - the owner and his family took it back for one fix. Sadly this did not fix the fault and we felt unsure if we could trust the car further but agreed to try one more time to see if it could be sorted. We are so far happy with the second attempt, but Carz4less also agreed to reset the 3 month warranty from the return of the second fix, which was generous, and offered a temporary replacement but we did not in the end take this up. My only reason for 4 not 5 stars is communication - we had to do a lot of chasing to understand what was happening and in total we were without the car for many weeks which was tricky to manage, but this family is likeable and trustworthy and that counts for a lot.

Just bought a 14 year ald bmw from this family. On a saturday afternoon. Within an hour we could take the car with new mot. In the evening we wanted to take the car for a ride but the battery was down. We phoned the owner late in the evening and the next day on sunday he placd a new battery at our home. This is called super service. Hope he will find many customers with this service. Thx.

just bought a minivan for Cars for less. Great people .. very helpful and thoughtful, Family owned which right now we all need to help each other out. great guy Eddie and Carmen are good people. I highly reccomend them for your next car. Again great car dealership and people.

They reserved the car for me in late Dec 2024. Steve sent me a great video of the car and was able to pick it up on the 5th of Jan 2025.
William took me out on a good 25 minute test drive of the car when I picked it up - car drove really well, sat nav was fully working - ever so pleased with it.

What great service! A real family run business with the personal touch. Took the car out for a test drive, decided it was the one I wanted. They managed to get the car in for it's MOT over Christmas, and took care of an advisory, so it's got a full year on it - they weren't actually supposed to be opening on the day of the MOT, but took the car in for me, and stayed until I went in to pick it up. Above and beyond great customer service. Thank you, I love my new car.

The best experience ever, I put a deposit down on a vauxhall Astra, viewed and drove it, no hassle, ready to pick up the following week, after picking it up the thermostat failed, I drove in and was back on the road within the hour. All the staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is to much trouble. Just covered a 400 mile trip with no hassle, I can't recommend them highly enough. Keep on doing what your doing guys. I will buy from you again! Well happy with the car, 5 stars u deserve it, cheers Paul

Dealing with cars 4 less was the most stress free experience when buying a car I've ever had. From the moment of pulling up on the premises every member of staff was cheery and helpful. At no stage was they pushy into buying added extras. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Gave me the keys to the car I was interested in, had a look happily with the car and took it for a test drive. No pressure to buy , offered half tank of petrol and mats as added bonus. Good price and very satisfied with overall service. Picking car up in 2 days

I went here to view a car and part exchange mine. I told them before hand ect. On arrival I test drove the car whilst the lady was dealing with another costumer. We were shown the paper work ect and how much I would want for my car in part exchange. She went out and came back a few moment later (only switched the car on) and said the clutch is on its way out and it makes a “boy racer” noise. So they could only offer me a fraction of the cost. Disappointed and sad that I thought my perfectly good working car had all these issues. I took it to a garage to get it checked out. It was all in perfect working order. This is frustrating because if they didn’t want my car in part exchange this should have been said before hand. Not make out my car is on its way out when it wasn’t. I won’t be looking here again in the future.
On response to your reply I did make an appointment and confirmed by telephone the day before. My car was never moved from where I parked it only turned on, there wasn’t a blow out and the engine and exhaust was in perfect working order as I took it to a reputable garage the next day to confirm. I understand this is a small business and wouldn’t want to damage the reputation I’m just expressing my experience which wasn’t very good as it caused me more hassle than needed.
