When I purchased a car from car supermarket I took out the extended warranty thinking I was going to have 2 years trouble free motoring only when I go to claim on the warranty there is a list as long your arm that the warranty does not cover. If your going to take out the warranty please look if it’s really worth it.

No help when there’s a problem

The collection and payment process was straightforward, well organised, and completely stress‑free. Courtney was brilliant — friendly, reassuring, and incredibly helpful throughout. She made sure everything was clearly explained and that I felt confident before driving away. Her support genuinely made the experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The team were very friendly and accommodating. The car was exactly as shown and described on the website. I was most impressed.

David was able to help us through the whole process and he was very friendly and professional at his job. His support made it possible for me to buy the car.

Having bought our car from CarSupermarket.com a couple of months ago i can honestly say what a pleasure it was especially to the team at the Sheffield Branch. We had issues with the car after we collected from the branch which should have been picked up and dealt with at the Hessle Branch before it was transferred to Sheffield. Special mention to Trudy who went above and beyond to rectify the issues found.

Customer care at Barnsley branch was excellent and Kasha, who looked after me through the whole process was exceptional then, and afterwards.
The car is fantastic, had been clearly valeted, and I felt very reassured driving away.
Will be my first point of call next time i need a car!

The sales team did not pressure us into making a purchase. They were happy to answer any questions we had and were happy to give us time to discuss as a family without the pressure.
The cars were all well presented and well priced in a competitive market.

Avoid at all costs. I had a great deal in place and all were happy to go ahead. I took my car in and they advised "Oh, a part of my car has been re-sprayed, we have a trained eye used to looking at this —you won't be" which it hadn't. This was a Honda approved used car, so they dropped my offer from £8,000 to £5,000. So, beware that what you agree on the phone is not what you get at the dealership. So update the car I wanted from car supermarket is still there, I went to hippo motor group , got the same car with with less milage for 18200 Vs car supermarket 19767 and got 7100 trade in for my car which is 2100 more than car supermarket and the Tesla you could have sold me is still sat there , makes me smile every time I drive past,

WARNING, do not be fooled by the charm, banter and smiles Of the sales staff in this company. Below this facade they are not a company to be trusted, not a company who believe in a positive customer experience, a company who will endever to financially stitch you up when anything repeatedly goes wrong with the purchased vehicle as it never the customers fault it repeatedly occurs, never theirs. Ended up having to px vechicle bought with another company at a loss.

They had a good selection of cars,they are also very reasonably priced compared to other car dealers and also very helpful.

I received outstanding customer service and the representative was genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with the car I had selected to buy.

It went relatively smoothly and once finance was approved , I got my car within a few days . It had been valeted well. I would just recommend that they don't give valuation of customers cars over the phone , but only face to face a. I gave an honest opinion of what I thought my car was like, describing it as below average, and still received £500 less I had been quoted .
