This was a very straightforward process. Great communication and service. Great price for my car glad it was going g to be recycled for parts rather than crushed and no parts recycled. Great company and will use them again. Have recommended this company to friends and family

The service was really good -;they came to a remote area in the Highlands, arranged how they could collect when nobody was in, and kept me informed all the way through.
The only reason for not getting 5 stars is a bit of confusion over which day they would come, and the driver having to contact me direct for information on accessibility, where keys were etc. But great that he did, as it then all went smoothly on the day, and he texted me as soon as he'd collected, very reassuring.

Quick and easy website to use. Response times quick with emails. On the day of pick up I was notified how long they would be. Helpful and friendly driver. Minutes to sort out paperwork and DVLA notification of selling car. Money for sale of car went into my account the next day.
