Cartec never disappoints!
Took advantage of the summer holiday sale to replenish some existing products’ stocks and try a couple of different ones (Cartec Touch & Go Interior Dressing & Cartec Ceramic Wash, both yet to try).
Cartec never disappoints - love using their products and ordering is always easy with very fast delivery.
My faves are Cartec Twister Comfort (Snowfoam Prewash), Cartec Fast Glaze and Cartec Vinyl (Rubber & Plastic Renovator).

Great Service and Great Product
Really helpful about which product would be suitable for slight scratches and swirls on car paint work. I then ordered the wrong product! Spoke to customer service who advised to return product and order the one I needed. The product works well with minimal effort.

Poor customer service and woeful delivery.
I can’t review any of the products I ordered because after 7 days of waiting the “48 hour delivery “ hasn’t turned up, par for the course with Yodel.
I can review customer service tho and it is appalling. CS pick and choose what emails, questions or queries to answer. Even when they tell you to contact them the following day if order hasn’t turned up and they will chase it, yeah right more like tell us and we’ll ignore you.
I have requested a refund 3 times now, but again ignored.
If it ever turns up it will be returned unopened.
