Helpful and good communication

Julia Wilson handled a complex and often fraught selling and buying situation with a calm and steady hand. We felt well supported throughout. She was the ultimate professional who made a very stressfull period in our lives much easier than it might otherwise have been and I have no hesitation in applauding her quiet and assured professionalism.

She also was helpful in terms of facilitation and her team's time to make things happen and arrange visitors doing inspections for us. A consummate and fair professional who had a good back up team. I would consider using her to sell a house for me.

James Reynolds assisted me greatly. He answered all questions promptly and facilitated access to the property twice for viewings.

I used the agent for renting my house.
I lost 1 month of rent with lack of communication.
Expecting contract to start beginning of April but started beginning of may without our approval.
no communication between 18 march and 11 April !
