PLEASE HEED MY WARNING ‼️⚠️ Do not order from them . I ordered the “iced out” watch and bracelet set, and it came looking like something a kid would make in an arts and crafts class. Absolutely bulky but still lightly weight . Basically it’s 2 big pieces of foil and looks nothing like the videos/pics.

What a joke. The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. They keep giving me the run around about my refund and I've been trying to request it soon as I receive my order which was incomplete. I really want to start a civil suit.

I absolutely hated the product that I received for my husband. It is definitely not what I paid for...it looks extremely fake...to where it could come out of a bubble gum machine...if I didn't have to give at least one star I wouldn't... I will never purchase another thing from them ever again!!!!! Totally disappointed with "CARTICE" !!! Horrible merchandise...

I bought 2 watches and they signed me up for a vip membership $50 I never agreed to this!!!! I had to report this to my bank because they would not refund it !! SCAM !!

I baught a watch and got chain and bracelet free it look great feels great and does pass diamond test people just want to hate i love the products is is real it's gold plated to tell them up front if you have a problem dont buy it the shine is the same as the pictures of course not every time it will shine like you want bur you get 5 stars from me I will be a costumer for life

I can’t believe the negative reviews for this company…..I had a great experience as far as the product, it did take a little longer to get here. I did however purchase the item around the holidays so a late delivery is to be expected.

What a waste of money didn't receive the items. I paid for shitty, cheap, low quality stuff. I was supposed to receive 7 items. Only received 2. Contacted customer support. I did not fix a problem.

I requested Cartice to cancel my membership. I sent me a email saying it was canceled. They are still taking money out of my account. I going have to seek legal action.

When the "jewelry" finally arrived it was a joke. It reminded of crap you used to get from old gum ball machines as a kid. Horrible most fake looking crap. Only contact is by email and they Don't respond. At least our bank card did reverse the charges. Keep scrolling if you come across this company

I can't give a negative 10 so I'll just leave a 1. This company is absolutely a SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! My watch looks like it was made by a 5th grader and doesn't resemble anything that the website portrays. This is the worst $60 I've ever spent.

I paid for a item in full and never recieved it.

I ordered a watch with the bracelet and didn't receive it and now in the process of a refund. This site is a scam so please don't order from this site.. I'm just glad it wasn't alot of money I paid for it.

A full robbery!! Don’t shop here … I bought an ice watch ... which never arrived and they sent me a bracelet trinket that is not worth 2 dollars ... it is completely a scam.

I ordered a watch maybe two months ago and still haven’t gotten anything..when I go in the site I order from it say temporary unavailable..I think I’ve been scammed

I ordered a watch from them and never received it, poor tracking information to start with. I have emailed them 29 times and only got a response twice so please don't waste your time with this company I believe they are scammers.

I had ordered a watch and received the free bracelet but no watch and have tried emailing them several times and no response at all, this company is garbage and a huge scam I've already reported them to my credit card company for fraud so karma will get them, but never order anything from these people it's a scam

I paid for watch and it said I’m going to get a free bracelet. I got the free bracelet and I emailed them and they say that I order a jewelry piece and that there records show that I received an item these people are crooks

Order pair of linked braclets, shipped non linked and much cheaper looking magnetic bracelets. Emailed about the issue several times but no replies other then an auto reply saying they will respond within 24 hours.

If I could give negative stars I would. I initially bought “bond bracelets” that would vibrate the opposite bracelet to notify the other wearer of the other ones touch. What I received were shoelace bracelets with a tiny half heart magnet. I could have made that at home! They were lying about the tracking the whole time and when I would email them their response was “your shipment will arrive shortly”. 3 weeks after placing the order it finally was received. When I opened I was livid to see these pathetic excuse of bracelets. As soon as I noticed I tried to email the support again just to find out they have blocked me from messaging them. Needless to say I will be contacting my bank.
