If I could give negative stars I would. I initially bought “bond bracelets” that would vibrate the opposite bracelet to notify the other wearer of the other ones touch. What I received were shoelace bracelets with a tiny half heart magnet. I could have made that at home! They were lying about the tracking the whole time and when I would email them their response was “your shipment will arrive shortly”. 3 weeks after placing the order it finally was received. When I opened I was livid to see these pathetic excuse of bracelets. As soon as I noticed I tried to email the support again just to find out they have blocked me from messaging them. Needless to say I will be contacting my bank.

Also display a 5 star Trust Pilot rating so they are total liars.
I've sent more than 10 emails, initially getting a response and now bring ignored. Every time you look at their site it changes.
Clearly a scam ripping people off and lying about having support of big companies

This site is a scam , I also ordered an item and was charged for 2 ,and the item was absolutely nothing like what I have ordered , I sent an email to the customer service representative and got a generic email in return letting me know when my order will be shipped when I have already received! Then the email address became inactive and said it no longer exists!!! Rip-off scammers 😡🤬
