Cartpanda received my original refund request at the end of January 2026. They responded that I should try to resolve my refund request through the original vendor, Burn Peak. I have been trying since then, it is now the end of April 2026 and I have only gotten the supremely frustrating runaround from Burn Peak. I resent my request to Cartpanda requesting their help and Madela responded quickly with needing a picture of the return label/tracking number to Burn Peak and very promptly upon receiving my email with the info requested, verified that they will be refunding me the full amount that I paid/requested. I am now waiting for the 7 business days to run its course and am confident that Cartpanda will honor their refund process!!! Thank you for being an online platform that stands behind their values with integrity and transparency. Hopefully, they will not continue to do business with vendors that don’t adhere to such an honor system, like Burn Peak.

The customer service staff and return policy were great. Unfortunately I was did not have the results I had hoped for from the product but had great service when returning it. Wishing the best for those who try this product and with the return policy it is a low risk option.

Well I ordered Nerve Renew in October and it gave me head aches and stomach aches.I returned it in November and had a tracking on it and they received it.They never returned the money which was $331.22.Thats a lot of money and this was last year and I got my credit card company involved and now they won't even talk to me.At first they told me 5 to 10 business days I will get my return which never happened.This is the worst company I ever had to deal with and they should not be in any type business as they are a total rip off.
I wouldn't say it was great but the outcome is satisfactory.
The cause of the problem was not your fault but whatever happened after customs had inspected the goods and passed them back into the airport system for delivery.
I am disappointed with delivery company . The system is digitised so there should be no reason for a parcel to disappear. I had an email from them to say the case was closed as it had been in the system for too long.
I appreciate your refund and your honesty with your handling of the case.

Cartpanda is the legal seller of Lipoless. The company Lipoless sold me a product that made me physically ill. I followed Lipoless instructions on how to get a full refund by returning the unused product as well as the opened bottle. They gave me the run around for almost 3 months. I was skeptical that they would help me with a return on a product i ordered but didn't like, but even though my return window had expired they were quick to discuss the issues and ended up giving me a 50% refund. I find this type of service above and beyond.

I was dealing with Bofi from cart panda to request a refund for the Gelatide product that I received and was not happy with. He requested verification of my returning the products through tracking which I furnished for him and received my refund immediately! UPDATE:
After Cartpanda read my review on what had happened to me and the damaging effects it caused they immediately broke policy and issued a full refund. I now believe they care about customer retention the communication was lacking.
Do not do business with this company. I purchased Visiummaxe223 for $866 and got a complete run around, ending with they can't give me a refund because it's past their 60 day policy. I contacted Dr Harper when product was not showing any effects. His staff worked with me for several weeks stating it would take longer and changing up dosage. Still no results. I stated I wanted a refund and 4U Nature tier warehouse partner took my credit card info stating it could take up to 2 billing cycles. 2 mths later and no refund I sent them emails and called for a week. I find out about Cartpanda, contact them next. I was first told they could not find my account and hung up on me twice. I then got a rude clerk who told me my account was closed that it was past their refund policy of 60 days. Next, I sent another email to Cartpanda detailing my problem. I got a reply that they would refund 60% but wanted documentation of my efforts. So I sent them all the email corespondence stating I would be refunded. They came back stating it would be handled. After still no deposit I emailed another inquiry and a different person replied it was after the 60 days and there would be no refund. I continued with my email justifications to this person with no replies back and no one would help me when I called. I would have never bought such a large quantity but Dr Harper garanteed it would work and supplies were short and demand high. I live on social security and this has made a damaging impact on my finances plus I have to get eye surgery now. Dr Harper used false marketing, 4UNature garanteed in email it would be handled and it wasn't even their responsibility. The endpoint who billed my card was responsible but used a 60 day policy obviously no one else knows about to throw me out with a huge Loss I had to sacrifice for to even have hope Dr Harper knew what he was doing. This is a huge scam! My next report will be with the FTC. When I'm done they will have larger sales loss than what my refund would have been. I don't want them taking advantage of anyone else especially a senior citizen like me on a fixed income!

I had ordered a product, but it didn’t work well for me so I did talk to support. I sent the product back minus the two bottles that I used. They had already given me a partial refund and after emailing the Support group about six times they finally gave me a full refund so it was very happy about that so it’s a good company to deal with you have to jump through some hoops, but eventually they will take care of you.
