Really friendly and polite staff on phone. Unfortunately I had purchased a printer 🖨️ advertised on their website and they had phoned me to say they could not provide it at the price advertised. Not sure that is legal, but they refunded the money paid immediately when asked to do so. An extra £50 was too high.

Cartridge Right sources ink cartridges for Epson printer for which Epson no longer provides ink cartridges.

Great products that are difficult to find now, and shipped quickly.

The cartridges supplied were not compatible with my printer. After several emails I still havne’t heard from them. I will be calling this week to see what they say.

Cartridge right took £60 to refill 4 ink cartridges. The couldn't do and returned 2 empty ink cartridges having destroyed 2 and refused to refund because they'd 'done the work'.

I ordered a refurbished fuser unit for my Samsung MultiXpress C9201 and the service from Cartridge Right was excellent. The part was dispatched quickly and arrived the very next day. The customer service was great which made the process super quick and easy.

The fuser was exactly as described, and worked perfectly once installed – our printer was back up and running straight away.

I would definitely use Cartridge Right again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ordered a non-genuine black Canon Laser toner cartridge as was much cheaper than the OEM. It took a while for the cartridge to arrive but given I ordered over the Christmas period this is to be expected.

The cartridge arrived well packaged and fitted my printer with no problems. My printer does report that it's a non-genunie cartridge but this isn't a huge issue as it allows me to print, I just can't see toner levels but given the cost savings over OEM this is acceptable to me.

Was also gifted a ream of printer paper - not sure if this was a little bonus as it took a few days to be shipped but it was unexpected and appreciated.

I will need to replace the colour cartridges in due course and will likely use cartridgeright again.

Rapid turnaround and well packaged the cartridges arrived in perfectr condition and (unlike many other no-oem cartridges) they print perfectly without leeaking! All at a fair price - excellent!

I only ever use HP original toners. There are several suppliers selling at very low prices. I bought two recently at around £20 each, they both turned out to be faulty and I was concerned it might be a problem with my printer. So in buying from Cartridge Right at a considerably higher price, I was taking a chance. Happy to say the toner is perfect as is my printer.

I bought a Brother cartridge but thought it was the wrong one as it didnt seem to fit. I used their telephone customer service and immediately talked to a local expert. He explained that the Brother system comes in 2 halves and only the ink bit got sent out. I understood and used it straight away. So excellent prompt service
