Usually quite a high standard for clothing, but Armchair covers are a different question. Very light in weight with a backing that does not cling to the chair, no weight to keeo the cushion or chairside covers in place. Work much better inside out which looks crazy
This company offers quality clothing and provides really excellent customer service. Sadly, the goods I purchased did not suit me so I had to return them, but the return service was more than first class! I posted a parcel to them on Friday afternoon and by Tuesday morning my account had been fully reimbursed. They do not deserve any adverse reviews.

Excellent people to communicate with. A real person answers the phone and is very helpful and understanding. My jumper was slightly damaged in the tumble-dryer. They provided a postage-paid return envelope and replaced it quickly and with no quibbling or any cost to me.
Awful service. Ordered 3 items, order confirmed but they sent only 2 claiming one was out of stock after over a week when I chased. I asked to cancel the order as the out of stock item was fundamental to one of the other pieces but they said no I would have to receive it and return. Rubbish service, I feel totally ripped off as the postage cost was ridiculous for the items I had ordered and no offer of a postage refund. Not worth one star- avoid
