Simply put, Carvana is a better way to buy a car. You can browse, finance, and purchase a car online and have it delivered to you as soon as the next day. Cutting out the dealerships translates to thousands of dollars in lower costs on every vehicle we sell. We pass these savings on to consumers in four ways: lower prices (our customers save $1,430 on average per purchase), premium cars, a better experience, and no hidden fees.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle through Carvana.
We recently sold our vehicle to Carvana and purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram. We paid $290 for shipping and were initially excited about the convenience of the process. Unfortunately, our experience quickly turned into a nightmare.
Within 15 minutes of the truck being delivered, the driver's side tire pressure monitoring sensor warning came on. As we continued driving it throughout the day, we also noticed a severe vibration and shaking at highway speeds.
The very next day, we brought the truck to our trusted mechanic for an inspection. What he found was alarming. He informed us that the truck had clearly been involved in a previous accident that was never reported. According to him, the entire rear end of the truck had been replaced and repainted. It appeared that significant repairs had been made in an attempt to conceal the extent of the damage. More concerning, the accident had affected the frame, and the truck will also require a front axle replacement.
While Carvana has offered to repair these issues, that completely misses the point. We purchased a vehicle believing it had passed Carvana's heavily advertised 150-point inspection process. Instead, we received a truck with major undisclosed damage and mechanical issues. Even if the repairs are completed, we are left with little confidence in the long-term reliability of a vehicle that has already sustained significant structural damage.
The customer service representatives were polite and professional, but ultimately they were unable to provide any meaningful resolution. We found another truck through Carvana that we would be willing to purchase instead, but it carries a $1,290 shipping fee. Despite the circumstances, Carvana is only willing to credit us the original $290 shipping charge we paid on the defective vehicle.
This experience has completely undermined my trust in Carvana's inspection process. Either the advertised 150-point inspection was not performed thoroughly, or the issues were missed by highly incompetent mechanics. Either way, the result is the same: a customer receives a vehicle with serious undisclosed problems.
Buyers should proceed with extreme caution. If this vehicle passed Carvana's inspection standards, I would question the value and reliability of every vehicle they sell.
I would give them 0/5 stats if it would have allowed me.

Very easy to sell my car online because you determine the sales price and if you agree, handle all the transfer documents right then. They schedule a time to arrive at your house for a small fee, briefly look over your car and pay you with a check for the negotiated price. They take your car away on a car carrier.
Selling my car through Carvana was one of the easiest transactions I have ever completed. The process was fast, transparent, and incredibly convenient. The customer service team was exceptionally courteous, professional, and always willing to help.
I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went from the initial offer to the final pickup and payment. In today's world, it is rare to find a company that combines efficiency with excellent customer care. Carvana exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly use them again in the future.
Highly recommended!
I was give a really low ball offer from a local car dealership that saw my car in person. Carvana gave me $3,500 more based on milage, vin and few pics. The entire process was very easy and seamless. Carvana handled EVERYTHING! The communicated through the entire process and did EXACTLY what the promised to do. The pickup driver was on time, professional and made the final steps EASY! I would recommend selling your vehicle to Carvana any day. Im now considering buying my next vehicle from Carvana if the process is this easy.
First yall show up with the vehicle I planned to buy with tires needing replacement, then you decide to throw a last min $700 shipping fee that wasn't there in the first place, which didn't allow me to continue with the purchase. Trust lost. Not to mention the unreal treatment I received from Elijah in chat. He was rude and short with me and then dipped out of the conversation leaving me hanging. So I cancelled. Now I am finding out that the 4k you took from my acct won't be returned for two weeks? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????? I do NOT recommend this company. They blatantly lied to me on the phone (which the carvana tow driver confirmed because he was standing right next to me when this lady fed me lies) They are rude. They are dishonest. And they do not deserve your business.

I had a very positive experience selling my car to Carvana. The process was simple from start to finish, and it was very easy to get a quote online. Everything moved quickly, and the offer was reasonable - actually better than the quote I received from other online places I tried who's names begin with car-.
I had originally tried to sell my car somewhere else and was told I would need to wait around two hours just to drop it off. With Carvana, I was able to schedule someone to come and pick up the car, which made the whole process much easier and more convenient.
Communication was clear, the pickup was straightforward, and everything felt smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend Carvana to anyone looking for an easy way to sell their car.
I had an excellent experience selling my car to Carvana. The entire process was quick, easy, and hassle-free from start to finish. The online offer was fair and competitive, and the pickup process was smooth and professional. Everything was clearly explained, there was no pressure or haggling, and payment was received as promised. The customer service team was friendly and helpful throughout the transaction. I highly recommend Carvana to anyone looking for a convenient and stress-free way to sell their vehicle.
The process was overall easy but there are a couple of things I didn’t like about the overall process.
1). Scheduling was easy, but I had an issue about a hour and a half before the pick up time. I was able to pick a time that worked well for me and my working schedule. Unfortunately, I was called the day of the pickup from the driver wanting to come almost an hour prior to my scheduled pick up time. I was working at the time I received the call and there was a reason why I scheduled the pick up time when I did. I did not appreciate getting interrupted at work to receive a call from the driver wanting to change the pick up time.
2) the vehicle I sold was my fathers vehicle and it was tough enough to make the decision to sell the car due to the sentimental attachment I had to it. To have a scheduled time for pick up to me meant the car would be picked up and removed at that time. Unfortunately, the car was moved from my driveway area to a parking area next to my home and not picked up until the following day. So, I had to see the vehicle sit outside and remind me of the painful part of selling it. I would suggest that if a vehicle is sold and is being picked up, the driver (or the company) has enough knowledge to know what type of truck will be needed at time of pick up so it is actually removed at the scheduled time.

You talked a great game initially. However, because of your title requirements, you would not accept the present (clear) title with my signature as Executor of the owner's estate which I have full authority. That required me to reapply with the state of Georgia for a new title in my personal name, which required me to purchase the vehicle from the estate and wait an additional 12 days for the new title to arrive. By that time, you decided to drop your original offer from $26,200 to $23,600. And when your driver showed up to get the car, you tacked on a towing fee of $90 even though your contract plainly stated no charge if within 50 miles of your collection point (Savannah, GA). I am 29 miles from your location in Savannah. Looks like you changed the collection point to Augusta so you could steal $90 from me.
The rating I gave you (3) is very generous. There are two ways to commit theft. You can use a gun and rob me or you can defraud me with a smile on your face.
I hope you are able to sleep at night!
Smooth transaction overall. Was a little frustrated because I was helping my daughter sell her car and she had just had a baby. She came to my house to meet Carvana, then in the middle of my pickup window, they rescheduled for the next day. So my daughter had to drive across town to my house again. But other than that, it was super easy to transfer the ownership and to get paid. The man that picked up the car was very friendly and easy to talk to! I enjoyed meeting him.
I purchased a vehicle from Carvana 2 weeks ago. I quickly noticed all kinds of problems with the vehicle, strong vibrating on the highway and a swaying motion at every bump in the road. I’m being told the vehicle needs a new subframe, needs and alignment, the steering wheel is off, there is an oil leak and the tires are mismatched. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. Do not purchase a vehicle from Carvana - it will be shipped to you, for a large shipping fee, and will have hidden problems!

When the car was delivered to our home, the delivery person pointed out some paint overspray. They did report that so that we could get that taken care of. That was not reflected on the photos of the vehicle or noted on the site. There was also a coolant fluid leak. We scheduled the time with the body shop and the repair shop. When taking it to the body shop recommended by Carvana, they said there were signs that this vehicle had flood damage, and the car painting job was very poor. We found other electronic features that were not functioning correctly. We are returning it but we still have to pay the delivery fee. I won't be buying another Carvana vehicle

I was amazed at how easy it was to sell my car to Carvana. The price they gave was higher than local dealers and CarMax. Pickup was a breeze. I kept thinking it was “too good to be true” but it wasn’t!
This was the 2nd car sold through Carvana. The offer was very reasonable and the sale and pickup were flawless.
The sale process to Carvana was straightforward, with the exception of the pickup. It seems like they have a pattern of finding issues at pickup to deduct between four and eight hundred dollars, even when the vehicle was accurately described. In my case, the representative pointed out a very minor area and, before even sending it to his supervisor, said, ‘I imagine it’s going to be about four hundred dollars. It’s always four hundred dollars.’ If this is truly their MO, it’s very concerning that they’re in the business of finding something wrong to save several hundred dollars on each pickup. It’s not enough to make most sellers cancel the deal, but enough that Carvana can offset their operating costs by charging the seller.
To sell a vehicle was very easy, convenient, and they even came to pick it up for a small fee! The truck driver was very nice and well manner, easy to work with! Over all my experience with carvana was great!! If I ever sell another vehicle it will be with them!!! Thanks!!! 😀
#1. The online valuation of my car was simple and easy to complete.
#2. The submission of the Sale documentation was completed within a few hours.
#3. Car Pickup was scheduled at my convenience.
#4. Your Pickup representative (Christopher) efficiently completed the sale and pickup of my Toyota in less than 30 minutes! An "AttaBoy" for Christopher!
#5. The ONLY glitch was that your Pickup representative (Christopher) had difficulty confirming the time of pickup. I did not receive his phone calls on the Cell because the Cell Phone service here in South Eastern Connecticut (Zip 06355) is AWFUL!.
In summary, the sale of my Toyota Camry Hybrid was easy, and I was pleasantly surprise by how much I received for the vehicle.
Kept me updated on offers until I decided if I was going to sell. Very easy to do and schedule an appointment for pickup. I am very satisfied an appreciate they kept me updated during the deal and after.
Selling my car to Carvana was simple and painless. The process was streamlined and the customer care team helped me through the process. The car pickup was also a pleasure. The agent handled the transfer and respected my time. I would definitely sell my car to Carvana again.
The whole process was so easy. Went online got a quote, set up a pickup time & they came to us & picked it up. Pickup guy was super nice. Quick easy sale. So much better than dealing with a dealership
