Ordered mosaic tiles from casa39 with shipment to Germany. The product selection on their website was easy, the order process too. I was informed about the delivery well in advance and I could select a delivery date that fits my schedule. The entire process from order to delivery at my door took exactly 2 weeks, which was fully acceptable.

The quality of the product is excellent and the team was great in answering on WhatsApp a query I had.

Overall, a great customer experience, keep up the good work!

Everything went perfectly. High quality tiles that were delivered on time. Pieces that broke were replaced quickly. The 3D design service was a pleasant surprise and helped a lot in the choice of materials. I recommend casa 39 for sure

When things run smoothly, basically every online-shop is as good as another. You pay, goods are delivered, all good. You will be able to tell the good from the bad ones, once things are getting tricky. This is what happened to us.

First of all, the production was postponed. Again. And again. The current situation made also our order a special challenge. So, all in all, it took some months until the tiles were even produced.
Once produced, Italy sent it immediately to us. Unfortunately, Kühne & Nagel was not able to deliver them, because one pallet was 1.400kg and their truck was only able to unload 1.000kg. So it took a lot of phone calls to manage this and finally bring the beautiful tiles (imola) into our house.

During the whole process Casa39 was always available, always patient and supportive. Without the patient support of them, I guess we would have canceled our order already in summer, put vinyl in it - and would have missed a gorgeous floor!

So my thanks go to Casa39 and especially to Annina for guiding us through this adventure.
