I have had many unpleasant experiences with calling in and being hung up on. Michelle turned this around and was able to handle everything I needed in a very timely fashion. She provided me her direct line and returned my call same day. Thank you Michelle for your help and for turning around a frustrating situation.

I called in for my travel dates a little late (I had almost completely forgotten about it!) and I had spoken with Linda, who was super nice and helpful. She walked me through what to expect after picking a travel date and what I could do to help the process move as fast possible. Let me say, I was not expecting that level of pleasantness for this type of phone call and I was left feeling very optimistic for our vacation! :)
