Thank you, Angie & Supervisor!

My voucher was to expire in about 1 1/2 months. Upon calling, the agent said, "Sorry, It's too late to book anything. You needed to call at least 90 days in advance. There's nothing you can do now. I can't arrange travel for you any longer." End of story. I reminded him that my voucher hadn't expired yet and that I actually had called months previous, when I first received the voucher. At that time, the agent told me I had called too early to make arrangements and didn't inform me about the 90 day thing. I felt frustrated, because the current agent would only offer me is a 2-night midweek stay in Vegas. This was nowhere near equivalent to the 2-night PLUS airfare trip to Hawaii I originally signed up for. I decided to call Casablanca back, today. I received agent "Angie" on the phone. Angie listened to my concern and offered suggestions politely. When i resisted these suggestions, she placed me on hold and discussed the situation with her supervisor. Now, taking this extra step--understanding what it is like to be the caller--this is good customer service. They extended my timeline, and I booked my Hawaiian trip, today. I want to personally thank Angie and the supervisor, on duty today, because these kind of actions make all the difference. Ask my aunt! She will be accompanying me on this trip--a person who never had the opportunity to travel anywhere. This trip will mean the world to her. Thank you for caring. Sincerely, Candy

After realizing I was missing my final…

After realizing I was missing my final trip letter I called in and got Michelle, she was so much help and even went the extra mile to get my final travel date letter sent out and set up everything and also gave me all the important info just incase I forget. I felt very satisfied with the fast and very professional service she provided. Thank you Michelle, appreciate you.

Highly Recommend

I had three certificates to process this morning. Linda was my customer support specialist and she did an amazing job assisting me. I was a bit confused with the process, dates, and calendar - but she smoothed it all out with patience and genuine care. I truly appreciate the time that she took to help me arrange my travel dates. I don't know if you can request a specific agent when you call, but if so - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINDA.

Michelle in customer service was a great help to me today in getting my signed confirmation letter submitted. She was very responsive, returning my call promptly and being very thorough in providing answers to my questions.

Casablanca express has terrible…

Casablanca express has terrible customer service. I would not recommend using them even if it is a gift. It is not worth it. The whole process y long and inconvenient, and then you are reminded that they are the ones paying. Who wants a gift like that.

When you try to question certain process to understand, the representatives are rude and will not even let you finish your questions before they cut you off. They seem to have a, "well this is how it is, if you like it great id you don't too bad" attitude.

I was gifted a trip last year and did all the back and forths through mail. I called early last year to see if I could make my trip a full trip and was told I would get a call about 60 day prior to my trip. I called later on in the year and was told I would get a call mid January. I have not been called by the travel agent, when we called again we were told calla are done 4 to 6 weeks prior to the trip, usually 4 weeks.

I wanted to know why the timeframe had changed but the representatives get attitude and become rude. I spoke to manager Julio Valderamas, who later claimed to be the director and he was very condescending on the phone. He did not answer my question, told me they were the ones paying for the trip and decide to undo an adjustment another representative had done to our trip. I can't help feel like he was retaliating based on our conversation. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he denied having one saying he was the director, there was no one above him. There several things he contradicted himself during the conversation and the whole experience is too much of a headache. It is definitely not worth the gift.

I would not recommend doing business with casa blanca express.
